Target has become my go-to store for items, no matter what they are. Especially since I have moved, I have noticed that Target is a bit more abundant in this state. And I love that for me. When I visited I was still in the 'move in' phase at my apartment. That means I was constantly coming across things that I didn't have, or things that I had, but had no idea where they might be. Not big things, but essential things. Target has come through for me and I was able to grab some of the needed items while I stopped here. I may have also bought myself a few items that weren't warranted, but wanted. This store was clean and organized. It also appeared that they were well stocked with a variety of items. Overall, great experience here. Especially after using the self checkout, I was on my way. read more

A good gem in SOMD. Large store with a great grocery section. Pretty much has everything you need food wise as well as cleaning products, clothes, toys, eleven, etc. I would say it is a standard Target with expected and reasonable prices, nothing more, nothing less. Spent a good 10 min waiting for someone to open the technology locked behind glass, nothing. Went to go ask someone and they said they couldn't do it. Went to Best Buy and bought it without someone having to open it and got approached by 2 people for help. Overal a fine store but go somewhere else for tech, games, .... read more

We shopped target on Good Friday this year. It wasn't overly busy, so I do appreciate that. The store was clean, and the merchandise was beautifully displayed for the holiday. I was especially happy that there were no controversial themes displayed in the large graphics. The store cashier was very kind. She looked up the online price for our Lego set, which was much less than the in-store price, so you know I was happy about that. read more

I approached the service desk and asked, since it was just one roll of dimes, if I put my phone number on it , could they accommodate me. Trying this new thing where I compliment as much as I complain...here we go... This Target is a Target. I don't think I've ever had any complaints, aside from the length of time waiting in line, but that happens everywhere. Things are typically well organized and in stock. They have some great salsa that I've never seen anywhere else. They pick up on holidays pretty fast, my wife was just saying she wanted one of those three-type popcorn cylinders. Good Target. The gem of Pax River. Don't go unless you have $300 to spend like all the other Targets. Starbucks inside.

They have everything you need like other Target's. I shopped here a couple times, and they had the groceries I was looking for. Only downside is that the Musaak is too loud, and it's Pop Music which annoys me. I would love the volume to be about 50% or even a little lower, and a nice Chill Progressive House Mix with no words like Silk Music, or The Grand Sound, both on youtube.com They have a lot of sales here too. read more

The only real Walmart alternative in SoMD. Unfortunately, a limited selection compared to other Target stores, but for SoMD, you take what you can get. Checkout is usually pretty quick and "team members" are always willing to help you find things/greet you. Even on Black Friday, the store wasn't demolished, so kudos to those keeping it tidy! read more

Love shopping here. I always go here to buy some books and family friendly games. Never a disappointment. I always go to self checkout because it's quick and I was uncertain one time when I saw the line, but it turned out ok. This review is not for Target but for the incompetent so called IT professional located at this store. Had a sim card issue and needed replacement. She said she did not know if they had one and she would have to make a call. Then she told me she was new at this location. HUH?? No one was there to help so waited almost an hour for her to show up. Call was placed to her boss to see when someone should arrive with no response. Great service. There were other people waiting as well. Nice to have a job where you can show up when you feel like it. Also, told they are a third party vendor and not Target employees. She replaced my sim card and told me it was tested and I should have no more issues. I did not believe her so I called Consumer Cellular and they told me it was the incorrect sim card for international travel. They are sending me a new sim card. BTW, I was charged 1 cent for incorrect replacement. Additionally, I called Corporate to file complaint and waited 27 minutes on hold before hanging up. Great customer service. read more

Optometry department talked me into buying more contacts than needed because I would save money with the rebate. Just found out from the rebate store that they won't even honor my rebate submission, something the optometry department shouldn't known instead of getting me to spend twice as much money! read more

How does one review Target? My experiences here have always been positive. There seems to be an employee in every aisle if you need help. The store is clean and so are the bathrooms. The produce section is small but what they do have is in good shape and seems to be fresh. read more

Probably my fav store around here besides Aldis & Harris teeter. Has everything I need for the most part besides produce selection is lacking. I go here over walmart(that store is a train wreck but the prices are great). It's usually busy on weekends so better to go during the week read more

I have been to better stores.The styles of the clothing typically are tacky & garish. The grocery section is ridiculously small. I find myself having to make another stop to get everything I need. They have reduced inventory in the home section. What they do have half the time is ugly and overpriced. I mainly shop at Target because it is cleaner. With the exception of 1 or 2 staff members, the vast majority of them are rude and unhelpful, as well as standing around talking or playing on cell phones. The bathrooms tend to be dirty and unsanitary. When I asked why they did not have the little toilet seat covers in their restrooms like most stores, I was told that their corporate seniors think it is not brand. So in other words they would rather the walls be bare and free of things than be a little more sanitary. All in all, I only really shop here sometimes because the alternatives, WalMart or KMart, are far worse. read more
