There was at least 10 of us waiting for the doors to automatically unlock at 10 so we could get on a lane. There aren't too many lanes at this location. I would need to double check, but I think it may only be 6. They were very good at checking us in and explaining the rules. The cost was very reasonable. I will need to do a follow up review when I stop back to check out their store. I brought my own everything except for a target. The lanes worked well and were clean. They're also quite strict on cleaning up after visiting. There's a reason they have a great reputation.

I have twice visited before and each time the employees were beyond outstanding and today was no different. He didn't hesitate to answer my questions and to show me what I was doing wrong. The facility has always been super clean and well kept on every visit. This place is a F'n joke!! Today was my wife and I's anniversary and wanted to use the range before…read morewe went out to dinner. Called before we left to confirm the range was open. Was told yes, but need to be there before 6pm and the range was closing at 630p (even though their website says 7pm). Drive 40 minutes and arrived at 550p. Clown at the desk, Conner, denied letting us shoot bc, and I quote, "I have too much to do before we close and I have to sweep up the brass." Told him we drove 40 minutes to get here after calling to confirm. He couldn't care less, didn't issue any sort of apology and walked away. Asked to speak to the manager. Some complete slob named Owen walks out and also couldn't care less. Typical gun store attitude. Stay away from this place and these clowns. Read the actual customer reviews on here and you'll know what I'm talking about.

Bars on the windows, mug shots of those not allowed to enter, all in a little run down little strip mall in the middle of Dean Forest road where you aren't sure what language they will speak when you open the door. HOWEVER This was hands down the best gun buying experience I could have asked for. The gentleman working inside were smart, personable, and weren't trying to get you to buy a bigger more expensive anything. They wanted to help you figure out what you needed, and just so happen to have the best prices compared to anywhere else in all of Savannah. For as long as we live here, this place will have our business. Additional note: If you are looking for a giant, pretty, gun store with a ton of different ear pro, eye pro, clothing print shop and overhead company prices that closes at 1 pm on a Saturday... this isn't the place for you. But if you want a GREAT priced gun, this is where to do it.

I don't know if they actually had the boat as they said but after waiting through 2 days of in process an continued a follow up call and missed promises, I called to cancel. I can live with things going wrong on the purchase side and fulfillment side but be a damn decent human being and honor painless returns. No I don't want a store credit. I want my money back. Right now I have zero respect for anyone who would participate in such a terrible customer experience. Based on my experience, the return process seems designed to try and cheat customers.
