History
Established in 2006.
Although Leonard Sominsky has been practicing in Arizona since 2000, he did not strike out on his own until 2003. In April of 2003, the law office of Lasiter & Sominsky PLLC, opened for business, helping clients with Family law issues as well as Bankruptcy. In mid 2006, the partners separated, and the law office of Leonard V. Sominsky, Esq.PC., was born. Since 2000, Mr. Sominsky has been working tirelessly to educate his clients with massive amounts of debt about the benefits of bankruptcy and how it can help them get a fresh start. Usually, bankruptcy is the last thing people try, after they have exhausted their life savings or gotten sued and garnished, but there is a better way. "I have been educating people about their legal rights, so as to empower them to make better choices, and usually save them lots of money, stress, and heart ache." For most of his clients, filing for bankruptcy is a win, win scenario, where they keep their belongings and eliminate all their bills!
