As a last minute decision after using the last piece of wood on Xmas night, All Seasons was able to deliver and stack the next day at a competitive cost. The wood lit well and burned without popping and smoldering. A mix of white oak and olive did the trick. Recommend you try a 1/4 or 1/2 cord from them to see for yourself.

Each time I called them out and each time they eventually made it right (with varying levels of fuss). As an aside, the wood this year wasn't very dry. My experience with their office staff has been mixed: the weekend guy was unhelpful, the weekday ladies were helpful, and the drivers have all been good and stack well. Ultimately I just can't get behind companies that literally consistently under deliver. You wouldn't be too happy with the grocery store if each gallon of milk you bought was partially empty and you shouldn't tolerate it from firewood companies either. So, I suppose this review is a cautionary tale. Whichever firewood company you use please know your delivery size and hold them accountable.

While cooking Harry showed us how to prepare pork, and brisket for the pit. Everything from selection of the meat, trimming, and seasoning. The pork butt, and brisket were put on the smoker. We got to eat the Monk Balls along with brisket, pulled pork sliders, chicken, ribs, and Biirria. All this BBQ was delicious. Most of us went in the store to buy some of Harry's products and other items. I can't believe how big this place is and how many people were buying truck loads of wood. This is a fun place to come and I can't wait for future events.
