Isabel is the rudest most condescending person at this place. Helping her coworkers constantly calling them sweetie in the most condescending voice to being zero help for my lost package. So I returned to Stanton...their frames are relatively attractive and don't cost a mortgage payment. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I will admit I'm a tough fit and could be the customer from hell requiring multiple returns for an adjustment. The staff said don't worry; we have customers that come back every week because they damaged their frames. So I gave them my latest prescription. I selected the exact frame I had a few years ago...funny...as I went thru their vast selection and chose the same frame... When I picked up my glasses the prescription was spot on and the fit was perfect...no need to tweak the fit...they also refitted lenses into another frame that I purchased a few years ago. My only concern is that they have so many deals that it's impossible to match them up. But they are very "transparent " with the pricing and you do see what you get on their order form. I thought the price was more than fair and the overall experience was very good. I'd certainly recommend them.

It started in September 2024 when my sister took her son to purchase eyeglasses. When Jewel, the manager, came to assist us, she had an attitude and was very rude and condescending. We chose not to complain at that time. Now it is July 2025, and we needed to replace the frames, which were under warranty. Jewel, the manager, told me that I had already used the warranty once in May and that it was only valid for one use. I went home and looked up the warranty, which indicated that it was unlimited. I then called customer service and spoke to Isiac, who confirmed that I could use the warranty as many times as needed until October 2025. On August 2, 2025, I returned to the store to get the replacement glasses and informed them that I could use the warranty. However, they told me again that I couldn't use it. I insisted they check the notes on my account, which showed the warranty was indeed unlimited. Eventually, they agreed, and I was able to get my son's glasses.

And the doctor is over zoom... They kept pushing contacts on me too, something I did not want to do(and should have spoken up better about). Awful place to get eye exams or glasses.

The cashier for was polite and explained to me clearly the return policy from the store in case that I needed it, which I didn't.
