It took several weeks to get the appointment so we followed through with the visit. After years of wearing glasses (and told to wear them each day) was told he did not really need to wear glasses. A somewhat unusual experience.

My first time with this practice. During the exam with the optometrist, he said my prescription…read moredidnt change hardly at all, when I can't see with my current glasses. That didnt inspire much confidence that i had with this practice to start. I still ordered glasses in good faith, and paid my portion up front. I waited.... and waited. 2 months later - where are my glasses? I called them, they told me, next week. 4 more weeks pass by, where are my glasses????? I initiated the call - again - and this time my glasses were back ordered and won't be here for another month or maybe 2??? By that point, I've gone 3 months without my glasses. A whole 1/4 of a year. And they made no efforts in communicating the status of my glasses - no one called to tell me that the date kept getting pushed back for my glasses, and now I was going to gave to wait 5 months for my glasses???? And when were they going to tell me???? This was likely a manufacture error and not in their control - ​But I wish they would have communicated sooner or at least - at all, so that i could have made an informed decision or pick out a new pair of glasses much sooner. I do not feel like i was a patient treated with care. Very unprofessional, and with how the front office handled me, I have zero assurance that my prescription was taken accurately to begin with. Waste of time. I do not trust this practice.

Having an 'appointment time' was very welcomed with my schedule. Lisa quickly sized up the problem, put together a plan and within a few minutes, my previously 'overwhelming processes ' was completed, all the while we joked about early '80's pop culture. Then she wouldn't take money from me! I was completely taken aback by the whole experience, and I found myself looking for ways to pay it forward after leaving her shop.
