In addition to setting up a fitting room as you choose options, they ask about your preferences and if you're attending an event that requires something specific. This allows them to also make suggestions (which I always appreciate). Anything I've purchased there feels like a piece that will last due to its quality and timeless styles. While they sell trendy clothes, it's far from "fast fashion" type stores that don't last or go out of style. I also value how much they personalize your experience from beginning to end and even after. I've received notices when they are having upcoming deals or events.

Rolled it up, put it in the bag and went to the Orcutt location to exchange for something else. I was surprised when the saleswoman said there was a stain on it. It wasn't that there was a small stain, it was the fact that she implied I put the stain there and should have noticed because it was "big" and started questioning me. She took a picture and commented how wrinkled it was and I should have noticed the stain. She was directed to not exchange it. Which, would have been fine except for the rude implication and questioning. I had two tops in my hand to buy whether she was going to accept the exchange or not. I've never been treated so rudely in my life. I will never shop here again, and will tell my husband and friends to never get me gift cards or clothes from here again.
