I get so many compliments when I wear Artiste shoes, they're one of a kind and when I first got introduced to them I bought them at a small boutique shoe store in Long beach CA and then later found them online through Amazon. What a delightful surprise to see Solvang Shoe Store carry the line along with Birkies, Ecco, Dansko, etc. Kelly was very patient with me as I tried on pair after pair. Then Gabriela called me after I returned from my trip to update me on some Birkies I was inquiring about. Great service! Even tho this was a mistake by their employee (the store said it could have been the manufacturer- but their employee didn't catch the mistake if it was manufacturer related) The second pair of shoes were a size two in a box marked size 3, I had asked for a size 3 shoe. If I bought an incorrect size I would understand their no refund policy, but both of these were their employee's mistakes- and it still falls under their no refund policy? I'm guessing this falls under the buyer beware policy???

Recently I went in looking for a shoe, no one approached me to help, the effort was minimal and there was a suggestion to purchase it online on their site. The thing is, if I wanted to purchase online I wouldn't have bothered driving 30miles watch way to get to the warehouse. The other thing is, that they did have a newer version of the shoe and a different employee had to step in to put two and two together to pull a pair out of the back. Quality of service has definitely declined, pretty disappointing. I of course ended up purchasing shoes online from the actual manufacturer instead.

Whereas in larger cities I rarely ever get to find my size (small/medium in women's). With the additional percentage off and the new member we sign up, I paid 22 bucks for 2 pairs of running shorts! As we were checking out, we were being helped by Jorge, and he is outstanding! He was so patient helping me sign up for the Nike app to get extra savings. My internet is was not cooperating, but he never made me feel rushed. He even helped me navigate through the sign up process to make sure I only get emails for deals and not spam. He was very tech savvy, he'd be a great Nike ambassador! He made the experience at the Nike store even better. Bottom line: good deals, great service form Jorge. Will stop by again!
