However, my experiences with the front desk staff have been consistently negative. I've had multiple interactions with the men and women at the front desk and they often come across as rude and uninterested in helping. When I call for follow-ups, I'm frequently placed on hold and then transferred, only to have to repeat my information multiple times. It turns a simple request into a frustrating process just to receive a basic service. Even in person, there's a noticeable lack of professionalism when you walk in. It's disappointing because it shouldn't feel this difficult to pay for and receive care. Times are hard, and people deserve to be treated with basic courtesy when they're spending their money. I was then called three different times since then! I was called by someone letting me know that they didn't receive my paperwork, then when I let them know I filled it out right after I booked the appointment, they checked & saw it, then they asked me my birthday, which was in the paperwork... Anyway, I told them I looked up the doctors that they offer but when I went to book my appointment, it didn't say who would see me so would I just receive whoever is available. The person told me that there is only one doctor and they'll see me when I come. The next call I received was to ask what insurance I was using, which again, was in the paperwork I filled out... I asked them was there anything else needed from me because I keep getting calls about this one appointment. This would have been my first appointment but I'm not going to use them as a provider. I received a voicemail the morning of my appointment (today) letting me know that I would need to reschedule because the doctor won't be there today. Mind you, I made the appointment last week and have been receiving all of these texts and calls since then... Very unprofessional.

I literally received nothing! They, then, gave me a very small case for a pair of $250 Longchamp sunglasses and the sunglasses became bent in the case due to the shape and size of the case( before I even got to wear them). I went to get the sunglasses fixed, and the young man working was too busy trying to flirt with me that my glasses are still fairly crooked. Completely unprofessional!!!!! I am super unhappy with this experience, overall, and I will be sticking with Warby Parker in the future.

I was looking for a specific lens brand, ZEISS, to fill my new eyewear prescription. I called and was a bit surprised to hear "Thanks for calling My Eye Doctor!". Apparently the Yelp info has not been updated. I was placed on hold for approx. 10 minutes. The page states that they indeed do sell ZEISS lenses. I posed this question to the person who answered. I was placed on hold again for several minutes, after having to repeat and spell ZEISS. She had never heard of that brand. After my second wait, I was told that they do not use ZEISS. I guess I'll go elsewhere.

Since this was a follow-up with the same doc, my experience was not super complicated. Overall, I thought the doctor had pretty good bedside manner (well, chairside manner). I'm not sure if the was newly minted, but I thought it was a bit odd/interesting that they said "that was my bad" when they realized that they wanted me to take my medication longer than what they prescribed. I thought this location was pretty clean and well-maintained. Also, the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, this location does not have it's own parking, so definitely check out the prices of the public parking garages. There is street parking but from what I remember the max time is one hour...at least for the street parking directly across the street from the office complex. I'm currently in the market for a new eye specialists since I recently moved to the area. However, I think that I might give them a shot as my primary eye care specialist at least for my next annual eye exam.

There is no online appointment but calling to make one is very easy. Dr.Ly take the time to do a very thorough eye exam and explain the process. I have United healthcare vision insurance through my workplace and the staff went over to the process on how to get a reimbursement which is very easy. All in all a great place to go to if you ever need an eye doctor.

I left my appointment feeling completely at ease with no worries or unanswered questions. His analysis during the eye exam was spot on. This was the first time I've put on new glasses and everything felt right immediately. I will recommend Dr. Kepner and this location to everyone I know.
