Took my kids for their annual eye exam. Had to change doctors because the last one seemed irritated with kids. Given that experience my kids were nervous. When we walked in EVERYONE greeted us and started talking to kids. I was given paperwork for them and they had them get started. I was nervous to let go on their own but once i heard them laughing, i took it as a good sign. They met me in the hall and told me the machines they did and that they had to wait for their doctors. They had different doctors and both were amazing! They greeted them and just made conversation with them which made them more comfortable. They completed their exams and were ready to pick glasses. Lens crafters staff was on it and helped us through the process. It was fairly quick and made the process smooth.

Excellent service from Dr. Pham and Chris and also the other lady- which I forgot to ask her name! They were all excellent and very welcoming. Chris gave me ample time to pick my first frame! I wasn't sure which one best suits me so he waited until I was ready. The place is very clean and very big. They have a lot of choices including Oakley, Ray-Ban, Coach, MK, Tory Burch and high end brands like Prada and Dolce & Gabbana. I would totally go back again. They also have an online store if you're interested. For safety and sanitary purposes, after you finish trying the glasses on, put the glasses in any of the white trays.

Fixed nose pieces and three screws and cleaned it for me

Excellent customer service, I've had damaged glasses for months and it was such a relief to have it fully repaired in a nick of time. They repaired and gave me all the free parts for free! Thank you to the gentleman who helped me today, he was so kinda and so professional I would pay to have more people like him in customer service, thanks again!

Oakley store and Costco technician both told me they didnt have the tools to fix my rimless glasses, but Lenscrafters did. I walked in and a technician named Rebecca offered to help. I said my lens detached from the nose piece, can you help me? She said I'll see what I can do, please have a seat. Maybe ten minutes later, she fixed them! I told her she was awesome! Thank you again so much!

Glasses are good. Service is horrendously sloooow. When they do get to you, they're helpful. Perhaps they just need more people.

Once I submitted their online form, I got a call back and Robert left me a detail message including pricing. He said to go in for Aiea location. The day I went in, the office looked really cluttered and unorganized. I saw muliple personal items of the staffs just left around in the office... When I was doing the eye exam, I could not see well on one eye, was wondering why....then after a while I figured their machine lense was dirty, and I had to tell the Dr. it was the lense. I have never had that happen to me at an eye doctor before. The price I got over the phone was 4100 dollars for military dependent. My friend who was also a military dependent at the time paid 3800 for both eyes. I negotiated with the Dr. and he said he could do it for 3900. A month later, I got a bill for thier FREE consultation priced over $240. I was stunned because on the website it said free and even the day of the consultation, I made sure with the receptionist as well. (Matter fact I have never seen any eye doctor who does not do free consultation for lasik). I called the office to have the matter corrected numerous times and the lady who is in charge of billing never picks up her phone so I left voice messages every time, yet NEVER calls me back. I went on their website again and they clearly say free consultation. On top of that, now I found the price list for lasik and they quoated me higher price than what it is listed on their websited even after the negotiation. This business is a scam. I would never ever get anything done here if I were you. I totally believe the one star review someone else left about this Dr. office.

They didn't:( so I started searching for an eye doctor that could fit me in ASAP. I called a few places, many of which could not see me for a few weeks. I finally found Hawaii Vision Clinic and spoke to a super sweet receptionist who fit me in for this morning(called yesterday afternoon). I was checked in quickly, which was awesome given that their waiting area was full. Dr. Wong was quick but efficient and super easy to talk to. He was able to identify what was going on and gave me eye drops. I'm very happy to have found this office, and will be back again when I need to.
