The exterior of my house was painted with great care and I'm loving my home again. Not only is he dedicated to quality, but one of the nicest people I've ever done business with! He did do a great job of getting paint on my new appliances and freshly refinished floors. Exceptional Service That Goes Above and Beyond!…read more Months after completing the extensive mold remediation in my mother's condominium, Gary, Kim, and the Tri County All Restorations team continue to demonstrate an extraordinary level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication. This past weekend, I experienced another stressful situation involving a leaking air-conditioning system, just as I was returning to work after an extended leave. Despite the original remediation project being completed months ago, Gary personally came to the unit on Sunday to help clear a clogged AC drain line. When the leaking continued Monday night, despite visits from the company responsible for my AC maintenance, Gary once again stepped in. On Tuesday, October 13, he returned to the property with Omar from DUCTZ to help address the situation. What makes this company exceptional is not simply the quality of its restoration work, but the genuine care and commitment its people demonstrate long after the job is complete. Gary and Kim have consistently gone above and beyond, and their kindness, reliability, and willingness to help during stressful circumstances have meant more than words can express. I wholeheartedly recommend Tri County All Restorations. Five stars hardly seem enough!

Their workers were extremely professional, courteous and helpful. Rich was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the remodel process as our floor install often interfered with the dry wall installation process. We R Drywall matched the existing ceiling texture perfectly. We are grateful for their work ethic and reliability. As a DIYer, I recommend this business to anyone looking to hire a contractor for drywall work. I attach some before and after photos of their work. Thanks again to Rich and his team! Their team is reliable, honest, and so responsive that I felt like I was some sort of VIP. From the start I found their quotes to be reasonable, and it was clear that the attention to detail they gave set them above the rest. They have painted my house, done work on my patio, have painted many friends of mine homes. Never once have I heard anybody give them anything but praise because they do live up to the standards we all expect. When they say you're home is your temple, they certainly treat it like that.

I tried to contact the Captians Painter for 6 months before they reluctantly responded to my concerns and sent a painter to do some touch ups. At this time, the painter and I found many other areas where poor paint coverage were discovered. Now less than 1 year later there are more areas where paint is peeling on the walls, soffit, and facia. I recommend you do not hire The Captains Painter. They did very poor preperation and painting work at my home. I am no hiring another contractor to repaint the areas that are peeling. This is very disappointing.
