To my disappointment, the vanity and mirror we painted with a brush and roller instead of being spray painted. I confronted the painter and he blamed me for not specifying spray painting. A true company does not blame a customer and owns the mistake. Additionally, a true professional paints furniture with a spray gun and not with brush and roller. Now the vanity and mirror have a textured finish instead or a smooth finish. The painter told me that the finish would get smooth after it completely dries. Which was not true and misleading. The painter offered a discount on the price, which we accepted because he mentioned that the paint would be a smooth finish. We should have not paid for a bad job to begin with. I contacted Bush Bros Painting for a complete refund because the paint never smoothed out and it is a really bad job. The company said that I accept the discount and the painter worked on the paint job for two hours. The vanity and mirror now have a textured finish instead of a smooth finish. Paint Bros Painting ruined my vanity and mirror. I do not and will not recommend this company.

I had some exterior work done to the front of my garage and to a backyard area, so there were only two exterior walls and some exterior trim-work that needed to be done.They fit me in, in between some other jobs and got the work done efficiently. There is no room for miscommunication when he starts out so thoroughly providing details on the scope of work - I loved it!. Their team is reliable, honest, and so responsive that I felt like I was some sort of VIP. From the start I found their quotes to be reasonable, and it was clear that the attention to detail they gave set them above the rest. Never once have I heard anybody give them anything but praise because they do live up to the standards we all expect. When they say you're home is your temple, they certainly treat it like that.

At this time, the painter and I found many other areas where poor paint coverage were discovered. Now less than 1 year later there are more areas where paint is peeling on the walls, soffit, and facia. I recommend you do not hire The Captains Painter. They did very poor preperation and painting work at my home. I am no hiring another contractor to repaint the areas that are peeling. This is very disappointing.
