In less than 30 days from application, we closed on our loan. No long delays, no excuses. The branch manager and assistant were always available to answer questions and professional. Outstanding.

He has a attitude that I always appreciate in that he never tells you something that he can't deliver. I have found that if he says something won't fly, you can go to 10 other lenders and, while they may say it will work, you find out later that Stephen was right! Jessica with his office is very nice and easy to work with as well. Getting a mortgage is always a little stressful, but I find that this team keeps me informed and ready for everything. I will say that through the years I have shopped his rates, and I have always felt that I was getting the very best deal out there. In short...you can't go wrong with the Katz team, and your pocketbook will thank you. Can you tell I really do like him? I do! It's great to find an honest, reasonable mortgage person who tells it like it is.

I would like to thank my Realtor, Matthew Sipera, for his excellent service in helping me and my…read morefamily purchase our first home in Georgia. Matthew was there every step of the way from showing us homes, educating us on the different school districts, and assisting us with negotiating for the best price. He stayed in constant communication with us, our mortgage broker, and closing attorney to make sure the purchase of our home was hassle free. There were several instances when I completely relied on Matthew to coordinate between builder, mortgage banker and insurance agent. At closing, Matthew was there to give us support and to make sure we had a smooth transition into our new home. Even today (I purchased home in end of 2012), Matthew reaches us to check if we are doing ok and need any help. I would highly recommend my Realtor, Matthew Sipera, to any home buyer or seller looking to buy/sell a home in Cumming, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, and/or Milton areas.

First and foremost, Matthew is an incredibly patient professional. He understands that buying a…read morehome can take days, weeks, or even months and is willing to be patient with his clients as his number one priority is making sure that they are 100% happy with their purchase. Matthew is exceedingly insightful on all matters and able to make the home buying process as seamless and efficient as possible. Additionally, Matthew was not only encouraging throughout the entire process but he was also very genuine; making recommendations and suggestions for me along the way regarding factors I would have never otherwise considered. Although, Matthew was always professional, he also took the time to get to know me on a personal level. I believe that this allowed him to exceed my expectations when looking at homes as he got to know my past, quirks, and personality which he quickly learned to factor into our showings. I'd like to provide my highest endorsement for Matthew and my sincerest regards.

We lost homes vecause tgey did not know how to structure the offer language. They did not have any direct conversations with the other agents, they just sent the offers over. Lee Fuller and Team Rolo was a totally different experience. They had an i itial buyer's consultation with us so they knew what we wanted. Lee found properties that matched our wabts. On the first day of showings he provided an itinerary that included 9 homes, 200 miles. Three were in the running at the end of that day. That night he wrote up an offer on the top choice, it was accepted. BOOM. It has been perfection. Top notch, even when there were some property line hiccuos that Lee discovered and we solved with a survey. I've watched many, many home purchases in my lifetime, my parents flipped houses before flipping was a term. This experience blows them all away.

We had a wonderful experience with Dan & his team! I interviewed more than 10 agents before…read moreultimately deciding to work with Dan. One of his strongest selling points from my perspective was the attention he gave to technology (let's be honest, buyers use tools like Zillow and Trulia these days!) and they had a whole plan that took advantage of modern technology. When we started working together, Dan (and his whole team) was organized, responsive, and exceedingly professional. We were selling the house from across the country (we live in Michigan) and that was never an issue, largely because they were so tech saavy. They were even willing to learn how to use Asana, my task management system, to coordinate efforts. I don't know that I've met any other professionals (in any profession, frankly) that were willing to adapt their team to our tools (though it is a pretty awesome tool :-) ) During the time the house was being sold, they were quick to respond to buyer feedback, offered me really balanced perspectives (e.g., which feedback should we listen to, which should we table), and followed up quickly with buyers' agents. We had our first offer within a week of listing and, when that fell through, our second within a week after that. Our third offer came a little later, largely because of some additional work we had to do to the house that was revealed upon inspection. Once we got our final offer, it was smooth sailing and we closed within a few weeks. All in, the house was listed for probably around 60 days, though much of that time was absorbed by buyers' diligence, inspections, and the repairs we had to get done. In short, I highly recommend the Petersen Partners. Their team is the epitome of professionalism, competence, and saavy. Give them a chance and they'll exceed your expectations!

I nearly went with a firm in CA and had gone as far as having them FedEx the papers to me. Then Andy Geismar from Capital Mortgage called. I literally almost hung up on him and told him I'd already decided. Fortunately, Andy was very persistent and insisted he could save us closing cost money if I'd let him compete for our business....I finally agreed. I'm glad I did! Some people may shy away from mortgage brokers in favor of going directly through their local bank to refinance. That's a mistake. Andy knows what he's doing and set us up with a lender who paid most of our closing costs in addition to getting us a 3% rate for 15 yrs. Everything was very fast. We closed 7 business days after I got all the documentation to Andy...And 4 of those days we waited for a payoff statement from our equity line bank. The closing attorney came to our home and we did the closing at our kitchen table. Everything was very professional. Most of the phone calls you'll get from the Internet when you're refinancing will be people trying to take advantage of you. They'll give you a low interest rate and then load you up on discount points and closing costs. One of the "large" online mortgage companies was going to charge us nearly $6,000 in closing costs! Andy got us the 3% rate we wanted and saved us nearly $2,500 in closing costs over the nearest competitor...That was certainly worth taking Andy's phone call instead of hanging up on him! He's also local, which is more reassuring than dealing with someone in CA...
