Instead - I usually select 2 or 3 different services and compare/ask questions before I select my main one. I would have given Prime Home a 5/5, but I recently just bought my first home so... I can't really do a comparison when it comes to Lenders. I had Phillip Oh as my main contact first since my mother knew him fairly well. He was pretty good at getting back to me via email, text, call. Response time was probably within 45 mins? Pretty good for a busy guy. You should always see how long a Lendor takes in response time because some take 24 hours to get back to you. I HATE that time frame. At first Phillip didn't really send me an email introducing himself - I felt kind of miffed. But once my realtor told him to do so, he quickly sent me an email. Apparently, he prefers to gather all data and then send an email. I guess that's fine for some folks, but not me. Once the first part of getting info for my home was done - I worked with his employee Don. Don was fine. I think I was tougher on Don since I panicked probably like 4-5x before signing on the dotted line. Hey - buying a home for the first time can be stressful. I think I lit a fire under Don a few times, but he was more than happy to make sure I felt better. Sorry Don! Oh - Phillip and Don used a secure email account for all my personal documents. Phillip & Don were able to get all my docs together quickly, make it very painless to sign papers (electronically), answered all questions, and kept me in the loop of the process. Overall - I barely felt stressed when it came to papers. My main stress - which was questions - was put at ease quickly.

(We followed the six foot rule lol) I instantly fell in love with this home. I felt that it was perfect for me and my family. I soon found that my move out date was conflicting with the owners move in expectations so I was advised that there were several others that are interested and that one even had cash in hand!! I was devestated!! Typically once the realtor has received word an application was received..thats the end all be all usually. I usually never hear from the realtor after that. But Titus took this opportunity and offered to help me look for other rentals. I was shocked! I thought wow this is wonderful!!! Because i wasn't having any luck on my own. He simply asked me what I was looking for, I gave him my criteria and within 24 hours I received a link via email with almost 60 property listings to choose from! Titus patiently worked with me to tweaked my criteria to my likings...but somehow I still couldn't find what I wanted. The previous house I had my eye on I was comparing it to every other house I saw! Lol 2 weeks later Titus asked if I was still interested in the original home...I screamed!!!! The truly remarkable thing about the level of service they gave me was that I wasn't even their client. They were representing the buyer and I was the seller. Amazing to see that kind of service for a person who wasn't even their client. The only thing that saved the deal from going sour was Eagle Lending. Allison and Scott were just fantastic. They clearly went above and beyond for me on this one when they had to deal with other incompetent parties involved. There are only a handful of people and companies that rank in my top 1% of customer service. Eagle Lending meets this standard. I would highly recommend them for anybody who's buying a property. He is not available Saturday and will go on unreachable vacations without telling you. After 100 days with little traction we asked to mutually agree to part ways, offering 2000 to cover pictures and time. He refused, demanding way more money than he deserves. When we finally gave him what he wanted he sent over a unilateral release telling us "it's the same as a mutual agreement." IT IS NOT! If we had let him get away with that we would have owed him 1% when our house sold with an agent who actually put work in. This is the 5th home we have sold and have never experienced an agent like this. There are good agents out there do not choose David.

She inserted a one year "exclusive" into an offer the couple made on ONE home after they wisely refused to sign a buyer brokerage exclusive agreement. The offer failed and the listing agent in Canton reported that Georgia's contracts are LATE AND SLOPPY. Palmer House and Georgia Edwards SUED THE FAMILY when they purchased a house with another agent after learning about her incompetency. Palmer House NEVER looked into the facts. The law suit was VINDICTIVE AND GREEDY. They intentionally harmed good people. Georgia will call you her "family" to endear herself. She is a VERY DECEPTIVE INDIVIDUAL. Georgia put a lock box and a sign on the same couple's home without their permission and pressured them to sell because she said their neighborhood was "changing". We called her about listing our home prior to knowing that she is a very litigious person. During a phone call with Georgia, her husband Buddy, who she refers to as her "closer" joined in to pressure us. They told us we needed to quickly list because "WHITE FLIGHT" had already taken place in our lovely neighborhood. That is NOT true and we are NOT racists. We were deeply offended and hurt by their attempt at what is also known as blockbusting. Palmer House apparently supports these practices as Georgia Edwards is still there. Please beware. Georgia Edwards is dangerous and with Palmer House, she has the resources to do a great deal of harm to innocent people with a team of corporate lawyers at her disposal. Unfortunately, Palmer House has ZERO interest in the truth. This review was written to spare innocent people from being sued by GEORGIA EDWARDS and Palmer House.
