During the lash application, the technician repeatedly stopped to answer the phone and handle front desk duties. She also took a personal phone call and spoke directly into my ear while applying my lashes, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I expressed my concerns, I was told she was the only person available to manage both services and the front desk. If that's the case, management needs to staff appropriately so clients receive the experience they're paying for. This was not relaxing or acceptable. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place. I previously left this same review on another platform and it was removed, which is also concerning.

My first visit, I never had lashes done before and Vivi not only explained the process, but helped me pick what would look best on my eye shape. The prices are reasonable and Vivi also allows free corrections if you have any discomfort. It's always clean. Everyone has licenses showing they are qualified. They also make it comfortable with music, blankets, and easy communication. I don't take lightly to allowing someone to put glue near my eyeball, so I genuinely trust and can't recommend Vivi more. If you go on the weekend, plan on making an appointment, but during the week they can usually fit walk ins with a short wait. If you are thinking about trying lashes, trust Vivian. I've experimented different styles. Also, it's important they put the lashes INDIVIDUALLY one by one on your natural lashes. Places often put them on your eyelid that's faster but how you get an infection. Vivian doesn't cut corners and genuinely is so kind and talented. I hope this helps give some more insight! The location is very clean and large. My lash technician was very nice and did my lashes in like an hour. I had the mink lash package and paid an extra $20 for more lashes. I left happy with the result and tipped her well. 3 days laters, my eyelash extension started falling off on my right eye, literally patches. Then I started noticing patches on my left eye. I do my lashes pretty often so I know how to care for them and they usually last 3-4 weeks. I message Grace and told her what was happening and she told me to come in to get them fixed. Since I do not live near my boyfriend's job which means I'm not near the lash spot, I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there during rush hour. Grace fixed my lashes; although not giving an explanation why they were falling out after a few days. I thought the issue was fixed until today; it has been less than a week and I have patches on both eyes. At this point I'm extremely upset and will not be returning. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because Grace was very nice but her technique does not last.

Just note that 'cash is king' or queen in this case as if you need to pay with credit the fee gets passed onto you. The first time I paid cash, second with my card and was charged the $5 fee. No problem this time, but definitely noted as with the cash I had on me I wanted to assure gratuity was definitely pass to the technician that way. All in all a great experience for something that really lasted longer than any other application that I have tried in the past.
