Mariano Lemus communicates well by both text and phone and was always responsive throughout the process. Visit #1 involved removing bathroom sink faucets so I could have my countertop repaired. During that same visit, Francisco evaluated a leaking shower valve in my guest bathroom. He explained that because of the age of the valve, there was a possibility the wall might need to be opened and the entire valve assembly replaced. However, he first wanted to try replacing the shower cartridges. On visit #2, the bathroom sink faucets were replaced, and Francisco successfully replaced both shower cartridges entirely from the shower side of the wall -- saving me thousands of dollars by avoiding the need to open the wall and replace the entire valve assembly. Visit #3 involved replacing a cartridge in an existing ROHL shower valve. Again, there was concern that if the old cartridge could not be properly removed, it might require opening the wall and removing tile to replace the valve. Mariano and Francisco were able to complete the repair successfully, replace the old cartridge, and now the shower works perfectly. I'm a retired construction superintendent/OSHPD inspector, so I understand construction means and methods and have a very critical eye for workmanship and attention to detail.
