I spoke to the owner and he told me that I came on a bad day because Sunday was his busiest day to which I replied that shouldn't have made a difference. Secondly, he said it was a startup and they were just getting used to doing business and I said that was not acceptable also. He said do I want my money? I said yes, which led me to believe that my order was not even put in yet. I would love for this place to make it but excuses like that should not be made. If he had said I'm sorry, but he didn't. He kept saying it was a busy day. It was a busy day, which shouldn't have made a difference to me. I hate that I have to give this one star because the food is not the problem.
