The young lady who took my order was super friendly, super nice. She had a great smile and was very helpful since it was my first time there and I really didn't know what I wanted to order. I ended up ordering the oxtail plate and cajun chicken plate in addition, extra greens and banana pudding. The plates were so overflowing you couldn't even close the lid. My mouth was watering on my drive home, I wanted to open up and start eating. I think I drove a little bit faster that day. It was my sister's birthday and I really wanted to surprise her with some good home-cooked soul food and let me tell you it did not disappoint. With the stage being there, they alway had a live band performing and keeping people entertained. Dancing happens which is a nice way to get people to enjoy themselves.
