Customer service is really nice, and even though they're usually pretty busy, you still get your food fairly fast for the amount of people there. Just a heads up, parking is super limited, so I definitely recommend calling ahead, placing your order, and then picking it up. It's a food truck setup at a market, so it's not really about ambience, but they do have some outdoor seating if you want to sit and eat. Vera's tacos is just a great little spot with consistently delicious food. Definitely one of the best taco spots in Long Beach.
