They brewed a pot of coffee and threw some mouth wash sized thin paper cups you get at the dentists to help ourselves instead of serving us with their ceramic cups. I know most don't add sugar and cream to Turkish coffee, but they didn't ask if we needed that or anything at all. Service was non existence . I've been here a few times in the past for their middle eastern pastry and spinach pies. I never felt welcome there for some reason, something in that extent. (Felt like we were ignored. I remembered now that's why I stopped coming here and started to go to Forn Al Hara down the street regularly with fresher and more delicious food and better customer service.

If customers aren't greeted and don't feel welcomed right away, that leaves a bad impression no matter how good the food is. Good service matters just as much as good food. I ordered the combo plate which came with chicken shawarma, beef shawarma, and falafel piled on top of rice with sides of hummus and salad with a bag of pita with pickles. The meat was well seasoned and the falafel was not too dry. The salad was crispy and the hummus was good. The wait time was not long and the couple was friendly. Parking lot is small.
