    This shows that what insurance allows is incorrect see the other explanation of benefits showing that blue cross allowed $1053.40

    I love the dentist Heather Olson, and most of the dental staff is okay, but when I went there on 10/24/24 and had an immediate denture done and the office billed my insurance which allowed $1053.40 and paid 501.70 and states my responsibility was $551.70 and my secondary insurance thru Metlife federal coverage paid $769.00 which totaled 1270.70 I was still charged 769.00 out of pocket which brings the total to $2039.70. Please see all attached proof of both insurances paying. Now it seems to me that this practice only submitted a claim for $1959.00 and refuses to give me my money back. To me this clearly is fraudulent billing, has anyone else experienced the same thing???? No wonder why most people avoid the dentist. Looks like I will be going back to absolute dental at least they were financially honest with me.

    Dr Olson explains each procedure to ease any anxiety. It's a pleasure going to see her. They also have specialists on site.

My daughter has had some issues at her last dentist that have scared her. She is 10 and is always extremely nervous. Today was the first time being to a dentist is over a year (yes I know that's a long time) since we have moved. The staff was extremely welcoming right when we came in. There was some issues with my insurance and they were all so helpful and quick to figuring it out. My daughter was nervous at first but did amazing. She felt very comfortable and immediately told me how much better that experience was than the last dentist we went to. I'm extremely happy we found them and have already told my friends about them.

The receptionist asked if my insurance had changed I said yes and then was given some paperwork to fill out. Information highlighted to fill out about my insurance. This would have been fine I guess but we were not seen for a half hour after our arrival? I feel this is connected to the redundancy of gathering, finding, transferring my insurance information I already submitted to help this along? We make this appointment so that my kids can go to school right after which is cruel sounding now that I've written it down but it's the time we can get. Why do anything ahead of time if it doesn't help or why be so repetitive?

    This dental office is a nightmare! In June 2022, I called spoke to a new person. I told the office…read morerep I needed to have Dr. Bills check 2 teeth that had become very sensitive & kind of painful. I was told to arrive 15 min. early to update my paperwork. I arrived early as requested & found 2 other patients waiting outside like me. The door was locked. The sign showed opening times & it was well beyond that. We ended up waiting about 1 hour later. None of us got any apology. One of the 2 men besides me was told North Hills was now sold to another owner. We all looked at each other. None of us got any notification; no postcard, no text. Nothing informing us of this change.This man is then told the dentist hygienist he expected would help him today was no longer working for them. She added that they were looking to hire a new hygienist. He was upset & shocked. It was then I knew I had better verify my dental cleaning had been scheduled for August. The office rep, Aspen, told me I was on record. I told her my circumstances: no insurance & fixed income & that Dr. Bills had quoted me $110 for my next cleaning. Aspen was cold and unfriendly when she corrected me & said, "No. You will be charged $143.71." Wtf. She wouldn't even honor my last quote from this same doctor! Todays visit ended up with a couple of x-rays. Dr. Bills was friendly, kind, professional, his usual self basically. He found nothing wrong but wrote out a prescription for me. I checked out & was charged $345. I was in shock but paid in full. On 8/3, just after 12pm, I called North Hills. Aspen answered. I told her I expected she would send me a text reminder of my cleaning that was scheduled 8/4 @ 2pm. I never got one. She never acknowledged that I was ever scheduled!!!?? I hung up & called another dentist I had seen years before. This dentist said I needed to have my xrays transferred over to them from Dr. Bills. I called Aspen to ask for this to be done. She never clearly explained the process but asked for my email address. I give up working with such a cold, incompetent unprofessional dental business. I will never come back here. Waste of time & money!!

    Warning, only one dentist who is not qualified as an oral surgeon, so they can't do extractions…read more Instead, he will recommend $3000 root canals and posts, even on a dead tooth! Got a second opinion, and the doctor said the tooth would have fallen out if root canaled!! Staff was very friendly, but beware of this dentist.
