He was a god send, and I now know that. My intuition told me to see him first. He turned out to be a real healer type doctor. He is here to save your teeth and not a sales person like so many other dentists. He is unbelievably good. First he had decades of experience, not someone with few years in the practice. His seasoned masterful skills and intuitions born of treating many people over many years. That is what I trust. And he's kind, truly cares about your wellbeing. And I saw him humanitarian from what he does to help his patients. He truly feels like a real doctor who listens to you, dedicated his professional life to his craft, is doing this to help people, not primarily for money. Not to mention he is a board certified doctor and very humble. He called me to check up on me after a major treatment. That is just wow No wonder he only has 5 star reviews. I'd never seen such high reputation on yelp before. But I agree with other patients!

I was referred to Dr. Arora's office by my dentist office but was not informed that his associate, Dr. Warda, was NOT a Delta Dental approved doctor. I absolutely would NOT have agreed to see him if I had been informed that I was not going to be covered by my insurance. I am out $200 for non-covered service in addition to my monthly insurance payments. When I talked to Heather today and she told me that there was nothing they can do, I told her I was really disappointed. Heather then threatened me that they would send me to collection if payment was not rendered. I never told her that I wouldn't pay, just that I was disappointed with their office's unethical practice. Be warned!

I was referred to Dr. Arora. When they opened my gums they had to perform an emergency surgery to get all of the infected bone out and replace it with new bone. It effected all four of my front lower teeth. The decay was so bad and so quick he could see the roots of my teeth. The odds of me keeping those teeth were incredibly low. However 10 years later all of my lower teeth are still alive and strong! My gums are and the bone that he had put in are all great as well. Couldn't recommend Dr. Arora more!

But I'm kind of glad I bit my old dentist, because Dr. Herndon turned out to be one of the best dentists I've ever had! I was a patient of Dr. Herndon's for about 12 years. He is very gentle and apparently very good at what he does, because other dentists and hygienists I've visited since moving out of the area have commented on how amazing my fillings look. He always took the time to make sure I understood what was going on and also took the time to be personable, which I think is rare in the medical/dental field. I wish I still lived in the area so I could continue dental care with him. This small little mountain town is very lucky to have such a stellar dentist!
