If I could give negative stars I would. Just trust that all the negative reviews are true. I…read moreconsider myself a pretty easygoing person with a high pain tolerance, but my experience at this place was horrific. I don't understand why they had me sign an initial contract saying how much my procedure would cost if it was going to constantly change. They called me an hour before my procedure, to tell me casually, it was going to cost $600 more than they originally quoted me. I needed to come in early before my procedure to sign new paperwork. When I pushed back she gave me a weird lecture about paying my employer for better insurance and I explained to her I pay for the best insurance my large (nice) corporation allows. Healing wasn't smooth and when I texted Dr. B saying I had a lot of swelling on one of my grafts (I had two on my top canine teeth) she told me there was "no way I had an infection." When I went in for my two week follow up appointment that Monday I was surprised the assistants were the ones to remove my stitches. I asked if I was going to be able to see the Dr. that day and they said I could make a separate appointment to come back later to check my swollen gums. They didn't remove the stitches. I could go on and on, but when I saw Dr. B later that day she casually said that one of the stitches had come loose on that tooth so the tissue healed incorrectly. I was confused and asked questions about what that meant and she was quick to accuse me of trying to talk before my two week check up appointment. She said something vague about how the blood supply was now compromised there and there's nothing they could do- they would see me in three months. She took additional photos of my graft that "didn't look as bad" as the ones the assistants took that morning. When I got into my car I burst into sobbing tears. I feel like this office completely messed up my smile- my gums are now uneven on either side and they blamed me. I'm out $3,000 out of pocket and I just got yet another unexpected bill for an additional $120. I'm beside myself. I feel like I'm out a lot of money and I'm the same if not worse off. Is this office a money laundering scheme? Pretty much everything they do is to seek payment and cover up liability.

recently had surgery with Dr. Clark in Chico, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience…read more From the very first consultation, she was attentive, professional, and truly took the time to explain everything in detail so I felt comfortable and informed. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt I was in excellent hands the entire time. What really stood out to me was her attentive care and follow-through afterward. She checked in regularly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt supported during my recovery. The aftercare was outstanding--I never felt rushed or overlooked, and her team was equally kind and responsive. Thanks to Dr. Clark's skill and care, my recovery has been smooth and successful. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a surgeon who combines excellent medical expertise with genuine compassion.

Do I really need this, or can I just have it extracted" ? It was agreed that extraction was the logical choice. They then went on to say that if I was going to have that done, I should also have tooth #31 removed. Yow ! After doing much checking of Oral surgeons I decided on Carson Periodontics. The removal was done on Oct 14th. The surgery was performed by Dr. Wilcox. He and his staff were very, very professional. The actual removal was performed very quickly. No pain and no issues. I was back in the car and being driven home before I knew it. It's now been 10 days since the surgery was performed. My recovery has gone extremely well. Again, no pain and no issues. Just the way i like it. All in all, I'm very pleased to give them a strong 5 Star rating.

They included a very threatening letter that states they'll pursue "aggressive legal action" if I don't contact them within 7 days. I've never even received a phone call. If this were truly urgent then make an actual attempt to contact me. Once I finally spoke to someone, I got a different story dependent on who I spoke to. Pure scam artists.
