I think $6.60 for a fresh juice and $7.85 for a fresh fruit smoothie is probably the going rate in this area. That price is too high for me to be a regular thing, but I enjoy one once a month.

I remained polite, but he clearly didn't care about the experience or the quality of what was served. Honestly, he should've been embarrassed--there's no way he would have eaten what I was given. Overall, a horrible experience saved only by the professionalism of the frontline staff. Management, especially the manager I interacted with, was the real disappointment.

This shop specializes in soft serve, and we all usually try something new every time we go. The flavor combinations are great. I have never been even close to being disappointed. What makes this place extra special to me is the way everyone at the store treats my children. I have extremely friendly and talkative boys, and the team at the store will talk to my boys in between customers and show genuine interest in them - asking questions, even showing pictures in their phones and referencing previous conversations they have had together. We even got recognized on the street by Elizabeth, one of the women who works there, and she took the time to talk to my kids even though she wasn't working and didn't have to be in customer service mode.
