I completely understood the situation and even offered to pay on the spot or after class since there was still space available. What was unacceptable was how it was handled. I was asked to leave in a very dismissive and public way, with the instructor opening the door and signaling for me to get out in front of the entire class. It felt degrading and completely unnecessary. This wasn't about policy-I respect policies. It was about the way a paying, returning client was treated. I also followed up via email and never received a response, which only adds to the disappointment. There is a way to enforce rules while still treating people with respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Today was my first class and I absolutely loved it! The concept is amazing. The classes start every 10 minutes, so there's really no excuse to be late or miss a workout. The format is three rounds of four stations, 10 minutes each ...hence the name Sweat440. It's a quick but super effective 40 minute class that really gets you sweating. What I appreciated most was the coaching. The trainers are hands on and attentive. If they see you doing something incorrectly, they'll stop by, explain, and show you the proper form. That made me feel comfortable, supported, and confident in what I was doing. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, structured, and efficient workout. I can already tell this is going to be my new go to gym!

Unfortunately, over the past 2-3 months, there has been a noticeable decline in the overall quality of the facility. The level of cleanliness and upkeep has dropped significantly. Soap dispensers are now cracked and empty, the floors are often dirty, and many of the amenities that were once standard are no longer available. More concerning is the condition of the equipment. The rowing machine, for example, has loose bolts and makes a scraping noise when in use, as the seat hits against the metal frame. At this point, I would recommend considering other options that prioritize cleanliness, maintenance, and member experience.
