This was only my second Pilates class ever, so I had no idea what I was walking into. Turns out I walked into the abs and glutes class of all abs and glutes classes. Lauren is tough -- but the kind of tough that keeps you going because she makes it fun and challenging at the same time. I wanted to quit and keep going all at once, which I think means she's doing something right. Beyond the workout itself, the studio was spotless, the energy in a full class was great, and the music kept the vibe going the whole time. Really impressive first experience here. I'll be back -- once my abs recover. Highly recommend if you're looking for a studio that actually pushes you.

Today was my first class and I absolutely loved it! The concept is amazing. The classes start every 10 minutes, so there's really no excuse to be late or miss a workout. The format is three rounds of four stations, 10 minutes each ...hence the name Sweat440. It's a quick but super effective 40 minute class that really gets you sweating. What I appreciated most was the coaching. The trainers are hands on and attentive. If they see you doing something incorrectly, they'll stop by, explain, and show you the proper form. That made me feel comfortable, supported, and confident in what I was doing. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, structured, and efficient workout. I can already tell this is going to be my new go to gym!

However, I took time off from running and crossfit while I was pregnant and now and back at it to get back in shape. I go in the mornings before work, here are the reason me I love peak 360: Incredible coaches!!!!! Hard and rewarding workouts (I am scaling down most of the time) Nice facility Did I mention incredible coaches, well double that. The people in the morning (and there is surprisingly a lot) are all happy and ready to workout.....I am not really a morning person but it is the only time my husband can watch the baby for me. This is all around a great place, I am thinking about getting my food pre-made through peak to start my diet too....they also have nutritional seminars and have some family events.
