Después nos llamaron diciendo que todo estaba listo, pero cuando llegamos, no tenían el saco y las botas le quedaban grandes. Tuvimos que ordenar unas botas en talla más pequeña y pagar el resto del saldo. Pasó otra semana y nuevamente nos dijeron que todo estaba listo. Cuando fui a la tienda, un empleado no podía encontrar nuestras cosas y tuvo que llamar a la misma señora que me había atendido. En esa llamada, ella dijo que supuestamente me había dado $100 de más en cambio la última vez y que yo le debía $80. Fue la primera vez que mencionó algo así. Le expliqué que solo recibí $20 de cambio y le pedí pruebas, como un video. Dijo que iba a descargarlo, pero nunca me lo proporcionó. Después dijo que los videos se borran después de cierto tiempo. Si eso fuera cierto, ¿por qué no me lo dijo el mismo día que supuestamente pasó? Para empeorar la situación, al principio no querían entregarme las botas por ese supuesto "saldo", y tampoco querían darme el número del dueño de la tienda diciendo que estaba "ocupado" y que ya sabía de la situación, lo cual ni siquiera estoy segura que sea cierto. Al final me entregaron las botas, pero toda la experiencia fue estresante y muy poco profesional. Me hicieron sentir como si hubiera robado dinero sin tener ninguna prueba. I'm so glad I didn't take the advice of another upholstery company who told me I could super glue the torn pieces together carefully. I almost took their advice but decided to not take my chances. I also decided to not buy a vinyl repair kit from amazon and do it myself. There's definitely an art to this and you don't want to try to fix it yourself to save money. Now that I bring them back because this happened he tells me that I only paid for 1/2 a sole and that he can't do anything. He quickly escalated his attitude and demeanor to be rude and a bit aggressive, I'm not a person to get argumentative so I got my shoes and walked out. As I was walking out and back to my car I could just hear him continuing insulting, cussing and being completely disrespectful, rude and aggressive. He may do some decent work on most shoes but consider that if your shoes have issues after he will not guarantee or even consider redoing any work he did horribly. After the way he responded and service he gave I will definitely not come back to this place.

Family-run business that has great service…read more I'm new to leathercraft, and I don't know the difference between 3 oz leather and 1.25 oz leather... chrome tanned vs veg tanned. I came in here looking to buy some scraps for a few projects I'm working on. The shop is run by a couple and their son. As soon as I came in, I was greeted by them and helped immediately. I dug through their scrap pile (which is actually organized by thickness and roughly by color), and found some good pieces. They didn't have one color I was looking for, so the owner offered to cut some for me. I didn't need a giant piece, so he cut me some smaller pieces and gave me a great deal. He even spent some time to go over the thickness and tell me the difference between different leathers. The scraps came out to $8 a pound, and the cut leather was $10 for 3 pieces roughly the size of standard printer paper, with varying thicknesses. Thanks Adrian! I'll definitely be coming back for all my leather needs.
