The water in my house is running from a well and as of yesterday, it stopped getting water into my house. I called the guy out to help me with my water house issue. I have no knowledge of this subject at all. He came out at 9:30am and without concent, let himself into the water house to figure out the problem. He called me to let me know he was here AFTER he already went in there (trespassing). After inspection, I came out to see him and a lady without mask on(pandemic) and told me that I had an airleak in my water tank and that I would need to replace it. He said he sells tanks for $1400.00 + Labor and I told him that I would need to call my dad(owner of the house) to get permission to replace the tank. he said "ok" and left.
So then I went into the water house and I hear a hissing sound. Looking around I realize that the cap for the air pressure nozzle is missing. I called the guy back and asked him if he misplaced the cap somewhere or had it with him, he said he will be on his way back so he put his phone down and said to the lady "you forgot to put the cap back on the tank and now he wants me to come back, WHAT A DICK!" not realizing that he did not hang up. The lady notices the phone was still on and I said "you know I can still hear you and that you called me a dick" she relayed what I said to the guy. He took over the phone and said "do you want me to come back and put the cap on or not?" I told him to come back.
A few mins went by and I found the cap on top of the tank, so I called him back to tell him that he doesn't need to come anymore. He then apologized to me saying that he was frustrated from the other morning services and that I wasn't suppose to hear him call me a dick. Said if I accept his apology and still want his service, he will give me 20% off the water tank.
