His guys were very personable and they quickly diagnosed my problem. They will certainly be my go to for any problems with my well and I am letting all my neighbors know who all have wells. Tried to contact for a day and a half, no callback. Finally called her she said they were there at 215 and they left because the pump was stuck in the mud and it was too late to continue, I was there until 3 and no on showed up. I waited in a empty house as it is for sale. How did they get in I have a gate that needs a code and how did they find the well it is in the woods? They were never there. She said nothing. I rescheduled for a Wednesday at 7.30. I was called at 7.15 the Tuesday before said she was calling to confirm the appointment Tuesday morning and did I have the area cleared of debris or weeds, I told her the appointment was for tomorrow not today and that I told her there was poison oak and could they wear rubber boots she said ok, she did not remember that, so I said I could clear everything in 3 hours ok we will be there between 1 and 2 o clock. the guys showed up with a generator and I told them there is no way they could get that huge thing down to the well, they assumed that they were going to use the pump equipment at the well which has not worked in 40 years, they were upset that they were not told that and were very apologetic. they said the owner was going to find a 120 generator and would call me, three days later I called them after 6 attempts she said she would call the owner to find out about the generator. waited 3 days for a call and gave up. Not once did I get a return call or apology except from the workers. I hired another company and it worked out great

They were very careful and returned our yard to normal with minimal disturbance. We also had to trench across the street to run conduit for a new electrical line. Emigdio was with us every step of the way from the preconstruction meeting with PG&E through the compaction tests required by the Department of Public Works. He went above and beyond to get the work done, and his crew is very friendly and respectful. He was honest and fair, easy to get a hold of, and the ONLY subcontractor on this project that actually did what he said he would do without upcharging us. Very happy with the price and the work - I would highly recommend him!!!
