I could understand that. However, at present, we are quickly approaching the end of our water and a crisis. I called Masellis this past week and, eventually, the office person found my name. She said someone would call me that day or the next. Days have passed, and no one has called. I believe that such a lack of courtesy is a poor way to do business, even though the company obviously has sufficient business during this drought period and during a time when so many almond orchards are being developed.
