Let me first say that the repair job was good. My issue is the billing. When I called about a…read moreleaking pipe I was told that I needed to make a $200 deposit by credit card and that this amount would be applied to the bill. No problem, my repair was fairly simple and ultimately accomplished in less than an hour. I called the company to find out what my bill was and an invoice for $454.25 was emailed to me. I was surprised to see that $363 of the bill was for labor. I called about this and was told by the manager, Tim Flores, that I was billed for two visits and that hourly labor time starts from when they leave the shop. The first visit, which I thought was for the repair, lasted about 5 minutes and I was told that they wanted to see what the repair would need even though I sent photos of the set up as requested. I was told they would return in am for repair. They did not return for several days due to "emergencies" but when they did, repair was made. I was not made aware that there would need to be 2 visits and not made aware that I would have to pay for 2 visits and that paid labor starts when they leave the shop. This was a rip off and I caution anyone to get all the details before you agree to the work. Ask the questions as they certainly did not offer this information.

After needing to create some privacy from a neighboring property, we needed fast-growing trees and shrubs. I called Juan over the weekend, explained the project, and sent him some pictures. He immediately understood what we were looking to accomplish and said he could take care of it that week. From that first conversation, he was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They installed a completely new sprinkler system with a commercial-grade watering system and fertilizer ports, removed old debris and stumps, prepared the entire area, and even repurposed rocks we already had on the property to create a beautiful border around the new landscaping. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and communication. He sent pictures and videos throughout the day and kept me updated on every decision. At one point, after laying everything out, he felt the design needed one additional tree to balance the space, so he went and picked one up. That kind of attention and pride in the finished product is rare. We expected this to be about a week-long project, but Juan and his team completed everything in one day and it was done beautifully.
