We talked to me about God, family, he bragged about his rentals making so much money that he turned down jobs and gave me a business card for the fence repair. I told him I was doing an insurance claim to replace half the fence. When I called him after the insurance claim went through, and asked how he would like to move forward and suggested that he charge me half and do the work himself or I could get another quote and I would request he pay half. He knows I have 4 kids and 2 dogs, and he refused to pay half. Said it was my fence and that he had been here before the subdivision was put in and that the fence was built improperly.
