Before starting the project, he visited the site multiple times to evaluate the best possible bore location and provided thoughtful recommendations throughout. At his suggestion, we did a groundwater survey beforehand, which helped us narrow down the most promising drilling spot. His team also coordinated with the city and county to handle all the necessary documentation and permitting, making the entire process smooth and worry-free. Their pricing was very fair and competitive compared to other quotes I received, especially considering the quality of their work and attention to detail. Thanks to their expertise, we were able to find water successfully. I'm extremely satisfied with their work and can't recommend Rafael and Castle Well Drilling enough!

They didn't charge me for the two trips out here and pulling the pump and pipe up 8-10 feet to make sure it would move. Again they saved me many 10's of thousands of dollars and I have water again. After a year passed during which I heard nothing from Masellis, I called the office and was told that my name was on the list but that I did not have priority because I was not yet in a crisis and still had water. I could understand that. However, at present, we are quickly approaching the end of our water and a crisis. I called Masellis this past week and, eventually, the office person found my name. She said someone would call me that day or the next. Days have passed, and no one has called. I believe that such a lack of courtesy is a poor way to do business, even though the company obviously has sufficient business during this drought period and during a time when so many almond orchards are being developed.

We called EVERYONE around jackson, Angels Camp, Ione, Lodi ect to help us with our water softener. It worked FANTASTIC for 6 years. Then it stopped working. Our water smelled like a dead animal for about a month. I tried fixing it, but was unsuccessful. In my full on assault to fix our water I started calling EVERYONE! To my amazement, nobody wanted to help. Everyone wanted to sell us a "New Upgraded water softener system" for $5,000. Then I called Abbey water well service. By the name I thought for sure they wouldn't fix a water softener system. I was desperate. So I called anyway. Turns out they do work on water softeners. (Someone in the advertising part of Abbey really needs to include 'Water softener maintenance' on the website). Sean (An amazing service tech) came out, did his technical thing. Came back another day to refill one of our tanks with some type of powder/pellets it used up. Our water is now PERFECT!! I can't tell you how happy we are to have drinkable water again! Our water smells great, and tastes great! We 100% recommend Abbey Water well service. THEY ARE A WATER SOFTENER FIXING MACHINE!
