When one purchases glasses from them, they take excellent care of any repair needs in a timely and most cost effective way often for free as part of their customer service. For example, I have taken in glasses occasionally that were pretty badly bent after accidentally sitting on them and they were able to straighten out the glasses good as new right on the spot. Also, in this shop, when it is a quick repair, you can watch them work on your glasses...pretty amazing craftsmen. Friendly, professional, personable, and tend to remember who you are as a regular customer. I very much enjoy going there to purchase and repair my glasses. By the way, nice selection of glasses. But then they hit me up with an additional charge of around $250!!!!! If they had got things right the first time they would not be re-doing them for me!!!!! This was their mistake, not me wanting to change things around. They made glasses for me that when I put them on everything was blurry. This is their mistake and I should never had to pay an additional $250 for them to correct their mistake. That should be refunded to me and there should be no additional charge for the second pair that was left there to correct. Completely disatisfied I.
