My father brought a huge corporate account to Cindys, which they made A LOT of money from. He had a personal relationship with the owners, which kept us loyal for decades. After my father passed, the company cut tie with Cindy's. I was devastated and didn't understand why. Cindy's always gave us the best service. Recently I found out why relations were cut. Cindy's has really changed and no longer provides the great customer service they once did. I placed a very important order for an event on the mainland to be shipped out and arrive a day before the event. I placed the order over a month in advance and was promised it would be just fine and well taken care of. Well, when the week of the event came, I called every day, multiple times a day, just to confirm everything. They won't answer their phones. I sent emails and messages through their website. Those also went unanswered. I even went to the store in person before work at 6am, nut it wasn't open yet. I had no way of getting in touch with them and wondered if they had shut down. I had to go on the faith that they have always provided us stellar service in the past. I was so wrong. Cindy's completely forgot to send my order at all, and left me without anything, the day before the event. The amount of stress I went through trying to find a florist on the mainland to provide lei was insane. Cindy's finally answered my many messages the day before. They said they could try to overnight my order that they forgot, but there were no promises it would get there on time, since the event was on a Saturday. I still have not been sent a receipt from them, which I asked for multiple times, or confirmation of the mailing. The lei did go, and my credit card got a huge charge, but without the receipt, I don't even know what I paid them for. And really, after all they put us through, they should have comped the order. My dad would be rolling in his grave to know how far downhill the company that he loved to support has gone. As for me, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do truly hope they can get it together and grow back into the great company they once were.

I was nervous of finding the leigreeting when we landed, especially where we were ahead of schedule and landing 40 minutes early. I thought we'd have wait around at the airport and with kids and a million bags I wasn't looking forward to that . We got off our plane and while coming down the escalator to baggage there she was with a sign with our family name, I gave a wave and smile so she knew it was us and when we got to the bottom she leied my daughters and took a family photo. She stuck around for a minute and asked us about car services and helped us navigate to where we needed to be and more info. All without us asking anything. Super friendly, my kids were so excited, and simple service (on my end) . I ordered online a month ago and they had all my flight info to track and I never was in contact with them again until we saw them at the airport! Would totally use them again. read more

Online ordering a snap. Gal greeted us right at baggage claim with our names on a clipboard (one was misspelled). She placed the leis on our kids (I did not order for my hubby and I), gave a pleasant hello, asked if everything was alright, signed a paper saying we received our order and we were on our way. Very quick exchange, it was over before we knew it had started. Flowers lasted beautifully for a solid 3 days. After we got our rental car, we went straight to Costco to load up on food and found they sold what looked like the same leis for $14.99 (I think we paid $27). Anyway, for a first timer to the island it's a great way to kick off the trip, but if you just want them for family pictures or need more than a few, you are better off getting them at Costco if you are making a trip there anyway. read more

We were taking a family vacation to Hawaii, my daughter's first time. We thought it would be neat for her to have a lei greeting off the plane. Since we were going in a big group we decided all the 'kids' would get one. At the last minute my niece was able to join us but I could not get ahold of the company by phone to add another. We arrived (early) and my daughter wondered why her name was on a board, I said 'surprise!' Then had to tell my niece I'm sorry I couldn't get you one. As we were waiting in baggage claim the gentleman came back and said, 'I've got an extra!' and gave it to my niece. It was a great experience! The lei's were beautiful. What a neat experience for my daughter's first trip. read more

I would totally recommend LeiGreeting to anyone wanting to make their airport arrival even more exciting and special. We have been to Hawaii (Maui) several times but this was our friends first trip ever and we are here celebrating both of our 20th anniversaries. We wanted to make this trip and their arrival extra special. They were so excited when they say the sign. The greeter was so friendly and even took extra time to take pictures for us. They make it easy to place your order online, confirmed the day prior via email and were waiting for us as we came down the escalator to baggage claim. This is a MUST DO, especially if you have family or friends coming for the first time. Mahalo! read more

There was some confusion at the airport with connecting with Lei Greeting (probably on my part due to the quarantine procedures in place at the airport). Emily called me and said she was looking for me. I told her we were already on the shuttle and half way to our condo. She apologized, again not really her fault with all the confusion, and asked me to text her our address. She then drove all the way to our condo (nearly a half hour away) and hand delivered our gorgeous lei. The quality of our lei is superior and the customer service of this company goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend LeiGreetings.com, there is a face and real people behind their website. So glad I arranged for this lei greeting. I have been to Hawaii before but others in my party had not - you have to have a lei greeting the first time to Hawaii! The lei smelled amazing - I purchased three of the Tuberose & Orchid leis. I am back home - 9 days later - and my lei is holding up very well. A few bruised petals but I followed the guidance on the leigreeting.com site on how to preserve it and it worked extremely well. Our greeter was extremely helpful. In addition to his warm welcome, he showed us where baggage claim was located and provided instructions on getting to car rental. I definitely recommend this company for their service and their excellent leis. read more

Our greeter was amazing! She was waiting for us exactly where she had texted us to meet her. She had a smiling face and was very friendly. She greeted us, and proceeded to place the lei's around our necks. The lei's were beautiful...and lasted the 2 weeks in Hawaii and we still have them now. She then proceeded to load our luggage on a cart and escorted us to our shuttle destination. She was the first person we greeted in Hawaii and it just started our vacation off with a bang. The company is excellent, we have no complaints. Only certain members of our group knew we had planned this surprise so it was AMAZING! Ordered online a Honeymoon Couples Lei set. 10% discount for online. Also talked to LeiGreeting on phone. Very nice service. Ordering was easy. Lei set was SPECTACULAR! A friendly lady greeted us just before baggage claim. All exactly as described. My wife's lei was very colorful and fragrance was wonderful. My wife loved it. Man's lei, cigar flower, was very appropriate and it was nice that we both had them. My wife babied her lei (refrigerated with water mist each night) and it lasted all week. She even brought it home.
