I arranged the LeiGreeting as a surprise for my wife and in-laws. They were all pleasantly surprised and my wife was brought to tears of joy. Our greeter, Aimee, was prompt and professional. She made and kept in contact from the time we landed until we arrived at the baggage claim area. Aimee's welcoming smile set the tone for our vacation. She seemed as excited to place the lei's around our necks as we were of receiving them. I highly recommend LeiGreeting for your next trip to Oahu. The lei's were beautiful and thanks to our hotel frig they lasted the duration of our vacation. Customer service was professional and prompt. Definitely recommend. Mahola! read more

I hope everyone else has a much better experience than we did. Found LeoGreeting watching HawaiiVacationGuide YT videos, they came highly recommended. Unfortunately we were sorely disappointed. I reserved as a surprise for my husband for our anniversary. Our greeter texted me day of, assured me she'd meet us at baggage claim for our GREETING. We were instructed to let her know when we were on our way to baggage claim. We did that. She responded. However, we got to baggage claim, she wasn't there. Got all of our bags, still not there. We're now well beyond GREETING time, it's now leaving time. I texted to let her know we were leaving, husband is calling for the uber so we can get on with our planned day. I try to stall by going to the restroom. Still no one. I'm looking everywhere for her near baggage claim, no one fits the description. Finally, we go outside the airport. I'm texting thinking I'll just ask for a refund because we've gotta go. At least 10 minutes of stalling has passed. I make another excuse to go back inside and she's walking towards baggage claim, about 100 yards away with her roller bag. I gesture to her, waving my hands so she sees me, AND texted her. She responds via asking where we are. I say outside!! I meet her at the door and escort her outside where hubby is arranging our uber. She hi ves us our sign, our leis, snaps a few photos, our welcome sign, and hands us a paper bag of snacks. Whole thing less than 5 minutes. Very underwhelming for the price. No explanation for the tardiness, no real greeting. More like a farewell. No apology. No explanation. Nothing. Waste of money. If I thought they'd refund me, I'd surely ask for one. read more

This company is amazing. Not only are the flowers top quality Aimee went above and beyond to make my 14 year old granddaughter feel the aloha spirit. Mahalo Aimee. I heard about this service from my Airbnb owner, Denise @ Luana Moana & thought it would be a fun treat for my family upon arrival. We enjoyed our beautiful orchid lei for my daughter & the Kukui nut leis I bought for my husband, son & myself. I also got myself a kukui nut bracelet. Glad we can keep these treasures. The sweet girl who was at the airport with the leis offered to take family photos. My daughter edited herself out of the family photo but I'm including one I snapped of her too. Fun times & Aloha! read more

Lei Greeting made this so easy and so special at our Maui arrival. Will do this every time. Mahalo.

My dad got my two sons a Lei Greeting when we landed in Maui for our vacation. He sent me the email which had detailed instructions on where to go, where the person would be and to make sure not to miss them. But if chance we did miss them, they would show up to our hotel later. Okay great! I love me some detailed directions. We went down the escalator and I made eye contact with the lady who held a sign with my sons names on it and she started waiving and the kids waived back. They were a little confused on why a lady was there with a sign with their names on it but once we got down and she placed the lei's on their necks and we even got bracelets too, they were happy as could be! The lady was so friendly and nice and the boys were ecstatic! She offered to take our picture and we got to keep the sign which was so cool! She even gave us directions to get to the rental car area which was much appreciated. My kids will definitely remember this moment! The smile didn't leave their face for a long time after! read more

I was disappointed when airlines decided to quit handing out leis when you land in Hawaii and vowed that if I ever went to Hawaii I was going to get lei'd. We arrived last Sunday and walked up to baggage claim and surprised the family with a smiling greeter holding up a sign with our name on it. Our greeter was friendly, took group photos for us and even helped us get to the rental car agency. MUST DO IN HAWAII read more

When I first visited Maui and Oahu I was disappointed by not receiving a gorgeous floral lei on arrival, so I wanted to avoid that feeling for friends of mine visiting for the first time. I checked quickly who was highly recommended and thank GOODNESS found LeiGreeting. These people are the absolute best. Natasha helped me secure a same-day reservation and then, when my friends missed their connection to Honolulu, she made sure to shift the lei greetings to their new flight. When they finally arrived in Oahu, tired from sleeping in the airport and grouchy for missing half a day in paradise, LeiGreeting showed up with two GORGEOUS leis and a personalized greeting. The SMILES they had were epic, bright, happy and relaxed...everything that someone arriving in Hawaii for the first time should feel. A day later, I'm still elated at the reaction. Thanks, LeiGreeting! read more

Nothing starts a great Hawaiian vacation like an airport lei greeting! Zion from Leigreeting was right there with a sign and a smile to wish us Aloha and set the tone for a beautiful visit! If it's your first trip to Hawaii this is a nice touch to start your vacation but not necessary if you are going to a Luau or a hotel that will greet you with a lei. We had booked an Airbnb for the first week and a Luau on day 6 of our trip so this was something special that we were willing to include in our vacation budget. It was special to be greeted by someone at baggage claim and to get our first taste of Hawaii. The service was easy to book and communicate with after disembarking from our plane. read more

I was so impressed with them that I placed another order with them for a different occasion on this trip! read more

My husband arranged to have Lei Greetings at HNL. Greeted by nice young gentleman; however I wasn't impressed with quality of Lei. Within few hours, it (orchids) fell apart, started to turn brown and looked sad. According to hubby, the lei looked better online. We also felt the price and the quality of lei don't match. It was nice to have Lei Greeting; however we were not happy with the quality. read more

I needed a same day lei greeting and this was the only company I found that would do it (fight arrived late at 20:30 which was a big problem for most too). The price was very reasonable compared to one other company that wanted to charge an arm and a leg to do it. Customer service was great and so was the helpful operator over the phone. Will definitely use them again. read more

Purchased leis as a surprise for my parents for my dad's birthday trip. I was not present when they received the leis and the team was so helpful. My parents had a 7-hr delay and didn't get in to Lihue until close to 11pm and Jesse was so kind when I called to explain the situation. He had already been tracking the flight and coordinated with the greeters to ensure everything was in place. Thank you! read more

Josie was literally the best greeter I have ever had (and I've had a few)! She was super sweet, communicative the whole entire time and even helpful with getting to our rental the best possible way with all the airport traffic. We even chatted a bit while my fiancé got our luggage and she's just a great human. Like an Auntie to everyone. Because of HER I will definitely ALWAYS use LeiGreeting from now on. She made my fiancés first experience to Hawaii such a great and memorable one. read more

Arranged for a fragrant lei greeting for us upon arrival in Honolulu. It is so pleasant to receive the lei after the long flight. Our greeter allowed us to take photos of each other receiving our leis and with him. He was very nice and helpful. Had a wonderful experience with Lei Greeting / Hawaiian Flower Lei. Wanted to switch my order last-minute to pick-up and add several leis. Their lei maker stayed late to make the additional leis. Amy offered to stay after the office closed on the day of pick-up to accommodate our arrival times. And when we had issues finding the pick-up location, Jesse was nice enough to bring the leis out. They all went out of their way to make sure we got our leis, which were so beautiful. Highly recommend! read more

For the cost of this experience, it wasn't anything special. This was my daughters' first trip to Hawaii and we wanted to make it special for them. This was a great purchase. I thought it might be a bit pricey ($180+ for 3 leis and 3 kukui nut) but it was very worth the price. Had my mother-in-law and father-in-law and my two children (6 & 10). Surprised them with the greeting. They all loved it and my wife was surprised as well. The greeter was very friendly and greeted us with a big Aloha! He helped us get our luggage and directed us to the car rental as well. What a great way to start the trip! read more

My family was traveling to Maui for the first time, and my older mother-in-law mentioned the image in her mind of arriving and receiving a lei, likely as she had seen in old movies. LeiGreeting helped me make it happen! They experienced 3 flight changes and delays, and once gave me the wrong flight #, but Natasha kept things on track, verified the flights, and was so gracious as she kept following up with me to make it work. She doesn't just provide customer service, she really brings aloha to this business. My family tells me the greater was very nice, and the flowers were beautiful. It was WONDERFUL of the greater to take the picture for us, so I could see their beautiful smiles. A great memory for all! Thank you Natasha & LeiGreeting! read more

Great and easy way to order a lei greeting for your Hawaii arrival. Reserved a month prior and forgot about it until they messaged me the information for my arrival date a day before. Then I got a message from my greeter at my flight's arrival time, letting me know her name and where she would be. She was also super helpful, and took our group's picture and helped with directions to the rental car shuttle. She also let us know how far the walk was too just in case. Loved the sign for our family to help identify our greeter and also a great keepsake. Flowers were beautiful and leis were full, no empty spaces. The flowers stayed fresh in the fridge until our return flight home. Definitely would order through them again when bringing friends and family on their first trip to the islands. read more

I booked a small group lei greeting for my family's arrival into HNL airport this past week. I noticed the morning we arrived at our gateway that my reservation was for the wrong day. I emailed LeiGreeting to let them know, assuming it would be too late. Amazingly, when we landed in HNL I had a reply stating that someone would be waiting for us in baggage claim with our lei greeting. I cannot thank them enough for being so accommodating towards my mistake and providing such a wonderful start to our vacation! read more

For our first trip to Kauai, I decided to surprise my husband with a lei greeting at the airport. Reserving our leis online was a seamless process, and I was reassured by the e-mails I received afterwards, not only confirm the order but also to remind me of the upcoming surprise closer to the date (to be honest, I'd placed the order so far in advance, I might've completely forgotten to keep an eye out for it upon disembarking). What really set LeiGreeting apart was that our flight kept getting delayed and it took not one, but two separate reschedules to finally get to our destination. Each time I disconsolately called or e-mailed about the latest flight snafu, the folks here cheerfully updated our latest arrival info to make sure we'd still be properly met and greeted. Once we got to Lihue, a lovely woman, who had our names printed clearly onto a board, greeted us with a warm 'aloha' and fresh orchid leis. She also took our very first picture on the island with them, and then directed us to our baggage claim and rental car areas. She was such a friendly face after such a long and tumultuous trip, so I'm terribly happy I decided to start our trip off with them. read more

What an amazing experience. I called outside their deadline 24 hours prior to our arrival and the agent I spoke to was so nice and worked to find out if they could accommodate my request the next day.
