This was not your typical Massage Envy or Elements-type massage. It was very targeted and specific to what my body actually needed, including trigger-point work and joint movement to help release tension. It was intense at times, but in the best possible way. I truly felt like I got every penny's worth. Another nice surprise: I was told there is no additional fee for paying by credit card--they absorb that cost.
