I took my dad here for his VA exams, and the experience was phenomenal. The front staff is extremely friendly, and we were seen right away. They even canceled a separate lab appointment and checked his files to make sure they had what they needed so he didn't have to go to another appointment. Dr Homan was very kind and knowledgeable and Yafney was a joy while she took my dad's vitals and gave the breathing test. Had an appointment at the clinic for the VA. Was pleasantly greeted by Tywanna who has an infectious smile. In fact, as soon as I opened the door she said Good Morning! I love it when the staff is so friendly because most of the time they are not. I was taken to the Dr's exam room by Yafne who asked how my morning was going. Dr. Kim had excellent bedside manner and treated me with respect. Then the Xray tech was very pleasant as well. This clinic is definitely customer service oriented from the front to the back of the clinic. They thanked me for my service in the military as well. This clinic has the best staff that I can remember! As soon as you walk him you are hit with the most positive, and friendly front office that you could imagine. Even after the irritation of driving on rush hour 215 as soon as you walk in you can't help but smile once you are greeted by Tywanna! (Forgive me if misspelled)Just when you think it's a fluke the positive vibe continue to hit you as soon as the door opens and Yafne (correct spelling) takes you back for vitals. I came here three days in a row and all three days it was the same warm welcome! Honestly it was all of the ladies in the front office! It makes me happy/relieved that Veterans are getting this type of treatment and makes me hopeful that this isn't the only place that is bringing it like this. The Techs and Physicians were also phenomenal. They took their time to ensure that I was comfortable and listened to my needs. Cody was especially attentive and was able to provide me with positive feedback that will stick with me moving forward. Every single staff member was the epitome of courtesy, professionalism and compassion. A warm, welcoming environment is created by the front desk staff, who also provide excellent, attentive, clinical diagnostic support as well. These nurses never fail to provide thorough explanations, opportunity for questions, all while putting the veteran at ease and fully prepared for the study. The radiology tech was equally courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate in his interaction. Finally, Dr. Arnold Kim was the consummate clinical professional and clinician. He was thorough in his examination and was even more meticulous in obtaining the history and circumstances of my conditions. He also provided detailed explanations and insights on factors influencing my conditions being evaluated.
