We went on a trip to Milwaukee and Green Bay last summer and this was one of our many stops. What a fun time. We really enjoyed this place it was very spacious and inviting. The beer was delicious. We would both come back for sure!

Nice restaurant, the food was good, but my "slaw" had no dressing, it was just the chopped veggies right out of the bag. (Look at the last picture). The service was okay but unfriendly.

I love ciders. I couldn't wait to try them. I got most of the ciders with the lefty. They were all good but nothing I wanted to take home. The fiancé got their Manhattan which he typically can suck it up and drink it but this he couldn't finish more than a few sips. I don't know if the bartender actually knew how to make the drinks as I would watch her read the menu of what was in the drink. Also she didn't know the taste difference between the white corn and white rye (which he got and said was terrible) which I thought was odd as a bartender. The snack plate was delicious. I wish we had more pita bread to dip in the delicious apple butter and more crackers for the cheese but otherwise good pick for a starter snack!

We have been here well over a dozen times over the last year and it just needs a little nudge to make it great. They have a huge assortment of drinks suitable for everyone but nothing really stands out. The food used to be excellent but looks like they have cut back on some things. The beer cheese soup still rocks a cold and gloomy day but that's about it. Their snack board used to have several different meats and cheeses but seems to have shrank and have limited selections. It's just not as stellar as last year. Don't get me wrong, it's a great place in Buchanan but just wish they stepped it up a little bit more. Total love the old industrial look and the fact that they use their own fruits to make a lot of things. We will be back but might not be our first choice any more. I'm still a loyal customer!

Stouts are still too bitter for ME, and light. Our granddaughter loves the Mac and cheese, philly steak sandwich, and quinoa salad . Plenty of room am inside and out. Great service!

I'm only being generous and giving two stars because the building has so much charm. The food was overpriced and mediocre. The pretzel appetizer was nothing but a concession stand item. Pizza had cracker thin crust. My Italian salad was presented nicely but not worth $9. The chicken noodle soup was extremely salty. My husband loves breweries and tried two beers and didn't like either. I know now why there weren't any customers. Too bad. Has so much potential.

The best fries I ever had, fast service, and one amazing Rueben. The sauerkraut was great also.

Edwin Coe's is located north of Busco on 33. They make unique spirits there in this country setting. The place is a bit small but wide open. They have vintage style furnishings that are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Edwin Coe's can be popular in the warmer months when there is live music. Otherwise, it is not very busy - even on a Friday or Saturday evening prime time. This makes EC a great place to meet a group of 4-8 people. Especially if you want to sit and talk or play some table games. We've been many times and always had a good experience. I have attached drink and food menus so you know what they have. EC makes most of their own alcohol. They have a very innovative menu of drink offerings. Many are very attractive...and all tasty! The food menu is very narrow. It isn't "bar food" and comes at a moderate cost. All food is made in their on site kitchen - as they used to host the Fork and Fiddle food truck. Food has a bit of gourmet flair while keeping the breadth of selections fairly basic/popular. Give Edwin Coe Spirits a try - especially if you have a small group that likes to relax and socialize.

The prices of the beverages were somewhat steep in comparison to the portions received. I really wish there happy hour, was longer than an hour. I appreciate distilleries and would like to return in the summer to experience the outdoor setting. We had one drink and then left to eat at Peppi's..

I was so excited about this option when I saw it on Instagram but there is so little mention of it in the menu (basically an, "ask us about our mini cocktail flight" at the bottom of a page) and no leaflet showing the flight details or price. I'm very much a person that likes to try a little bit for everything so once I remembered it after we left, I had a moment. I got a Gin Fizz and the bf got a Blueberry Vanilla Mule. The gin Fizz tasted very much like lemonade, even with the addition of cran flavoring. The Blueverry Vanilla Mule was very strongly clove. If you like clove, you'd likely like that one. We decided against getting second cocktails since happy hour had ended, but got a flight to try their stuff. We like the liqueurs but they are hard to sip straight due to all the flavor they pack. Our favorite was the Pink Peppercorn Gin out of everything we tried. We would definitely come back, but please print out the cocktail flight list or at least suggest it if people are hemming and hawing over what to get like I was.

The tour is $20 and it comes with a flight, which we were going to try anyway. Or you can just do the tour for $10 if you don't want a flight. It's not much of a "tour" in a physical sense as their production facility is small, in just one room, but we learned a lot about distilling in general, as well as a lot of information about the company and their products. I'd highly recommend it especially if you don't know much about the company. The interior has a 20s speakeasy feel, which I really liked. It's a little fancy but comfortable and welcoming. The drink menu was pretty large and it was tough for me to choose which drink I wanted after the flight. I ended up with the blueberry margarita because it was on happy hour. It was really great! Not too sweet. Nate got the cherry black Manhattan which we both enjoyed too. I loved the flight because we got to try pretty much all of the spirit offerings, including their amaro, Oaxacan green corn bourbon, and pink peppercorn gin, which were all unique and very tasty. Our bartender was knowledgable and very kind - great service. I'll definitely be back!
