The facility is fairly large. The outdoor deck is very big and has a nice vantage over the grounds. The staff was very friendly and professional. It was hard to know how much they knew their wines or other wines since you have to pick the wines you wanted to taste and they gave you a flight to take outside and drink by yourself. I guess it's their approach to dealing with Covid. I was impressed by their system though. You reviewed the wine list and wrote down the 5 wines you would like to try in the circles printed on a slip of paper. Tasting costs $5 for dove tastes. The flight was composed of dive plastic cups on a cute wooden tray. You then took your tray outside to taste at your leisure. I'm glad was tasting outside. I really don't like to tell the tasting server that I don't like ANY of their wines. However that was the case here. We basically picked the dive driest red-white wines they had. I don't know if it was the plastic cup or the wine making process. However, each wine was very plain. It almost tasted like each wine was slightly watered down. None of the five had a distinctive taste that would make me want to buy a bottle. ThT was my experience. I hope yours is different that mine. We will try Fruit Hills again in another season.

Everyone at the register was welcoming, and our host, Ms. Becky, was exceptional. She was attentive, informative, and made sure our group had an enjoyable experience throughout our tasting. We really appreciated how she took the time to explain each wine selection and tailor the experience to everyone's individual tastes. The only drawback during our visit was observing the male manager being somewhat short with Ms. Becky, which was unfortunate to see given how hard she was working to provide excellent service. Aside from that, the experience was fantastic. My entire party enjoyed themselves, and we all left with bottles to take home. We would absolutely return and hope Ms. Becky receives the recognition she deserves for making our visit so memorable.

It was a great area and space with plenty of seating. Even on a cooler fall day, there was a good crowd. We each did a tasting, which was very economical and allowed us to try a bit of everything. We really enjoyed our experience, but we went on a day when they had food trucks and the truck was kind of sold out of most items, so we wish there were more food and snack options, but other than that, we had a lovely time. But the one that really surprised me was the Key Lime Pie Martini. I was NOT expecting a dessert in drink form. The rum cream gave it that smooth, creamy sweetness, while the lime brought a bright, slightly tart kick that tasted just like key lime pie. The vanilla and cream made it silky and the graham cracker rim finished it off with that buttery sweetness. It honestly tasted like someone turned a slice of key lime pie into martini and somehow it worked perfectly. Every sip was sweet, creamy, tangy, and just a little refreshing. Definitely the drink I wasn't expecting to love as much as I did. For my first wine tasting experience, I'd say it was a pretty great introduction.
