I've been following a vegan diet since the beginning of the year for health reasons. We were in the area and I got hungry. I found this place on a Maps search. I almost missed it because it's within Foxtail Coffee! It's such a cute and trendy establishment with indoor seating and outdoor patio seating. Along with Foxtail Coffee, they carry Hourglass Brewing products. Leguminati's menu reminded me of Taco Bell, which I absolutely love! I got an OG Crunchwrap and a Boyland Root Beer. Housemade chick'n is paired with buffalo sauce, ranch, lettuce and tomato. The veggies were crisp as was the tostada. It wasn't overly oily (like some crunch wraps can be). The sauces were delicious and sufficient yet restrained. There wasn't a bunch of additional sauce dripping everywhere. The chick'n had a good texture and nice chewiness. All the components of this wrap fit together flawlessly. I left the restaurant more than satisfied with my food. I left blown away. Leguminati may only do one thing but the do it well.
