This was my first time trying vegan crunch wraps, so I didn't know what to expect. Leguminati is located in the hourglass district inside of a shared eatery hall. I decided to order the OG Crunch and the Buffalo Crunch. I have had various plant based meals before and the vegan beef crumbles in the OG crunch had an "odd" flavor. Perhaps I am just not used to eating vegan beef. It was also a bit dry and needed more sauce. The buffalo crunch tasted a lot better than the OG crunch; possibly because this wrap was made with vegan chik'n. It was a perfect ratio of buffalo sauce and ranch. Everything about this crunch wrap was perfection. The crunch wraps also come with chips, which were delicious. Since it is a shared eatery, there are various tables and booths to sit in. When your food is ready they call your name. The service was fairly quick and took about 15ish minutes to receive my food.
