Waited a little as cashier helping a customer. The other associate was building something. Finally he asked if he could help. I was there to get my passport stamped. They never have the passports but at least I could pick which stamps I wanted. Stamped my passport and checked out the new Pokémon sets. Very cool. Went in and bought the Goonies set a week ago. If you purchase larger sets then you know that they come in bags that are numbered and you build each bag as instructed . As I opened it at home I noticed there wasn't a bag 1. That was the very start of the instructions , #1. I did however get two bags of #15. That didn't make any sense. It was good section of the build too. So I called the store and the girl on the phone said "there's nothing we can do at the store , call customer service" So I did , and waited for 2 hours on hold , on 2 different phones matter a fact , just for no one to pick up. I called the store again and asked for a manger and explained I did call the customer service line. The sales person at the store said the manager wasn't there and wouldn't tell me when they would be in to speak to them .So this was going to be a 1 start review based on that person alone. I left my number and expected nothing but to have lost $300. Well first thing the next day I get a call from the manager who was very sorry and asked for me to come down to the store , said they would open another box in store to make sure that all correct bags would be inside. When in store it was nothing but excellent customer service from him and he explained that this was about the 5th time that this had happened to a customer in regards to this exact set. It's happening everywhere unfortunately. Explained that quality control was not able to keep up with the demand of this set and that's why this was happening. I'm very happy that the manager was able to help and made everything right. read more

I rarely come to the mall, it's just not my thing in Colorado where there are so many epic adventures but finally when I did with kids we loved the Lego store! The staff is the utmost kind people ever it's like big kids in a store there to make little kids and adults fulfill their epic Lego dreams. It's gotta be great working here if u not only get to work but build along the way! They are never short staffed there so many employees in such a small space but never does it feel crammed. It's always our first stop to enjoy before any other store in the mall with or with our kids. read more

Am I the only goblin out there that seems to enjoy when LEGO had far more unique sets and themes? Now, it's mostly licensed corporate slop that I cannot seem to get into. Sadly, this store seemed to be overloaded with it. I may be a video game entheusiast, but even their Nintendo sets just don't spark as excitement to even browse like original stuff used to. Now, I will give them credit for having a well stocked brick wall in the back, for those more creative types, but man, just seems like original ideas are not a thing according to LEGO anymore. read more

I have a 5 year old who is obsessed with LEGO products. He came to this store with me today and his jaw dropped. It's always well stocked with very helpful employees. They have nice displays so you can see the figures and sets already made. I also love their LEGO wall where you can purchase pieces, because inevitably you will lose some to the Rumba or to the couch cushions! Highly recommend. During Covid they are limiting the number of people in the store. They did a nice job of distancing folks when waiting in line. Love this place and we'll be back because LEGO can do no wrong. read more

They need a bigger store front and they can obviously afford it since on weekends they make you stand in a line outside the store just so you can enter. Once inside everything is squished together and crowded even without other people inside the store. I wish I could leave negative stars. read more

Why did Lego stores not exist when I was a young kid. Dear Lord, thank you for your gift of these stores now that I have kids of my own. As a kid, I just had to hope for the luck of the draw and items in stock during a special trip to Toys-R-Us or something like that. If I was lucky, my parents found something out in the world that was particularly awesome. At Lego, they're just here all the time, everything, any set I could've ever imagined. My mom lives way up in the mountains. She tried to order something for my oldest son, her order got cancelled because they ran out of stock. Panic ensues, phones ring, anxiety pours through the speakers.....until finally I ask, "Mom, Did you check any of the Lego Stores? No? Oh, ok. Well, it's in stock there. I'll just go pick it up for you." CHRISTMAS IS SAVED! Kelly at this Lego shop went waaay out of his way to spend like 45 minutes with us during the last Saturday before Christmas. He walked us through the intricacies of different sets, expansions, comparable sets, and through all of the things that could go well or wrong with what we had narrowed it down to. Talk about dedication to thorough customer service. This guy deserves a medal and a meal. We all know Lego is expensive. It's always been expensive. It'll always be expensive. I feel like the prices have kept going up though, and that alone is the only reason that I've docked them one out of five star perfection. You can find a lot of the same things elsewhere. I'd price shop because some of them were way cheaper at Target and Walmart....and Amazon. Lego rocks though. I'll go back for sure. If you're looking for something super particular, don't bother looking anywhere else. read more

Hard to complain about the new Lego store at Park Meadows Mall. My wallet complains, but that's it! My 12 year old has loved Legos his entire life and after this shop opened I figured we'd come over here as a special treat. His eyes lit up and he browsed the entire store exclaiming that they had stuff he'd never even heard of. We walked out a half hour later with my wallet a little lighter, but it's definitely a fun store. They also do monthly builds where all the kids can come in and help build the gigantic Lego models. read more

Disclaimer: I'm an AFOL, so I'm a little biased. That being said, this store is great. It's always busy--often bordering on packed--and yet everything still manages to move smoothly. The employees are friendly without being annoying, and the atmosphere is great--I love the LEGO dioramas that line the walls. This location is a good drive from where I live, so I don't really visit for sets that I could find closer elsewhere. However, there's much more than that. The build-a-minifigure station is a little on the pricey side, but they almost always have some great minifig pieces. The pick-a-brick wall is great. They don't always have pieces that are useful for my projects--but when they do, it's a great way to get a large amount of them. There's also a nice selection of non-LEGO merchandise such as mugs. On very rare occasions, they'll have bags of random pieces. I've only bought such a bag once, but it's definitely worth it; they're priced well, and they often have rare or useful parts. read more

I hate the Lego store in general. It's too cramped and there are always germ infested littles weaving between your legs as you're trying to decide as to which box of plastic pieces you're going to choose for $100. It is a necessary evil. My darling nephew, the oldest, is midly obsessive about Legos and as such I must endure. This one wasn't awful. There was only one sniveling child and he was close to his parents. The staff was helpful AND signed me up for a VIP card. Plus, he had a sense of humor and made me smile. Hooray! read more

On our quest to find a small collection of Star Wars LEGO pieces, my friend and I ventured to the Lego store in Park Meadows. We wanted something small to do a preliminary photoshoot in the snow. Enter Jacquelyn, a wonderful associate who humored us throughout the night as my friend and I bantered over the Star Wars collections. She was super helpful and outgoing while suggesting other pieces that might compliment the shoot. By the end of the night, we left with a Stormtrooper on a keychain and 3 Christmas ornament globes that had an x-wing and an AT-ST inside to build with corresponding action figures. Knowing your LEGOs is an art and passion that gets engrained in people. I had so much fun building these sets and doing the shoot (see photos for a sample pic). I still get the same feeling opening up these sets as I did when I was a kid. I'm looking forward to many more trips to the Lego store! read more

Staff is a big unfriendly... probably sick of kids coming in and not buying anything. One guy was SUPER annoyed that these tweens were there with out parents and mixing the free blocks with the paying blocks. I can sympathize but it just doesn't look good ya know?? My son likes the computer games they have. Legos has gotten really expensive so we don't buy any. But they like playing for 10 minutes or so when we go shopping. read more

Really appreciate the customer service and kind interactions with the staff. They have always been pleasant but during these COVID-19 induced limitations they have been extra patient with patrons waiting to get into the store. They keep patrons informed of wait times before letting them come in. Great plan for adhering the mask and occupancy guidelines. read more

Ever since I went to the Denver Brickfest a month or so ago, I've had a renewed interest and fondness for those fascinating little plastic pieces. This place is terrific, and it makes me hope that any future grandchildren of mine will be "Lego Maniacs" (remember that commercial ditty?). Besides the assembled kits lining the walls, there's that section where you can grab a small or large container, and then fill it with all kinds and colors of pieces to do a custom masterpiece. *Sigh* This store is the one place that would surely lure me back into a second childhood. read more

Lots of great models to look at for inspiration. Always a fun pit stop while in the mall. I'm happy my kiddo is a germ freak and doesn't want to touch all the open legos. I can't imagine what must be on them with every kid in the area playing with them. Wish they had a better or bigger robotics area to look around. We stop in here frequently but I find better prices at Target so this is just a place we browse. Staff has always been friendly with us and my son, who is a wheelchair user, loves that all the models are eye level for him since it was built with younger kids in mind. read more

My kids love the Lego store. The good thing is they are always well stocked with Legos. They have just about every Lego creation to choose from. The only thing I don't like about Legos are the price. I'm always impressed with sets like Big Ben which has over 4000 pieces. Lego city sets are a favorite as well. My kids usually spend a long time looking around. They have a 3D display when you hold a Lego set in front of and the shows you the animation of the set. All in all a great experience. read more

Surprisingly low key for a Saturday morning - we were in and out in no time. Staff was super friendly and helpful without being pushy - I wasn't sure that would be the case as first as we were greeted with a "who are we buying a Lego set for today"? Our guy knew his stuff and helped us pick out a the perfect gifts - not cheap but worth the smiles for sure! The most fun purchase? The Lego Luke Skywalker watch - at $24.99 pretty steep -it comes with a tiny lightsaber though! read more
