I absolutely love this store! The selection is amazing. The prices, while high, are comparable on these quality items. Normally service is good, however, not this past Saturday. I went in twice and the two clerks could barely be bothered to look up from their phones. One was standing on her scooter the entire time on both my visits. The BEST toy store! I use them primarily for online ordering and I love their website. They have such a wide range of toys - I especially like the awesome arts and crafts and STEM-related toys. I'm shopping for kids from 2-8 years old with a variety of interests, and there's always something unique and fun for each of them. Was an interesting experience. I came in last Saturday while I was visiting from out of town with my family and thought that we would stop in this cute little toy store. I was greeted by a nice young man and felt super welcomed! After walking around for a bit, I noticed some really awesome educational toys and puzzles that would be great for my kids. The only downside to my visit was one of the workers there. It was a shorter girl with dark hair and I think I heard one of the young men call her "Ally" or "Abby". She seemed very annoyed and unhappy. She checked us out and barely engaged with me and seemed as if she wanted us out ASAP. All in all, we got some great stuff for my kiddos and I am happy I stopped in. read more

Went to this location as the Arvada location didn't have what I was looking for. The Arvada location called this store and put the item on hold for me, drove over 30 minutes to arrive to 3 employees standing at the registers. I stood there for about 3 minutes without any words exchanged as they were too busy writing down their coffee orders, then answered the phone acting like I wasn't standing there right in front of them. Like I was a ghost finally after writing down all their coffee orders and answering the phone they all looked up at me, again without saying anything. I told them the Arvada location put something on hold for me, they told me they called the Arvada location back and said they actually didn't have it but we had already left. As soon as we left we called the Arvada store and No surprise THEY NEVER CALLED so not only did they lie but we might have saved a close to 40 minute drive if they actually called. Been coming here since I was a kid and after this experience I can tell you I would do the drive to the Arvada location over this location ANY DAY and would recommend the Arvada location! As the staff at the aurora location is rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate of other people time! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! read more

I've always been so impressed with this store. Great educational toys, books, games, and very helpful and friendly staff. This current COVID-19 quarantine has been so difficult on my kids. It's scary and boring at the same time. BtB has been so awesome with their products and communication. I picked up some workbooks, buddha boards, and a few games, Jacqueline even put it some extra activities for my girls and met me curbside (after offering to deliver straight to my home!) I really can't recommend BtB enough. Their commitment and dedication to our kiddos is amazing. read more

I love this store, it's awesome. I find some of the coolest things in here, and my son loves to come in. They have no problem with the kids playing around the store either, which is great cause it would be nearly impossible to stop them because there's so much cool stuff to look at and try out. Since this place opened in Southlands I've never missed a time to swing in there and get a variety of items. * I got fun doodle pads for our camper so they kids have things they can do at night or when it's raining. * We get our bridge books from there to help prevent "summer brain drain" * Before every birthday party we go out there and fill up bins for family members and friends know they can get the girls exactly what they want. * They have smaller items that are perfect for fun gifts for birthdays. * FREE gift wrapping so you don't have to do it at home. Love this place, it's perfect for so many occasions. Con: It can get a bit hectic with pre-teens and teens coming in to "play" with the toys. Honestly, not that big of a deal, let them be kids, but some parents get upset about it. The staff is awesome! A fun toy shop to take the kids to. A wide range of toys to pick from. Many of them are educational, others just for fun. I feel like it covered every age group. I like the birthday bins where kids can pick out their birthday presents and people can come buy things for them from the bins. Staff was friendly, and also wrapped the gifts. But they have also become the best toy store around. Their toys are smart, engaging and most of all fun! They have toys and games that suit all ages, from babies to teens and adults.
