Why have I not been shopping here? All name brand stuff, for a fraction of what I'd pay elsewhere. I suppose my only gripes are the lines. They also have some pretty serious theft problems so they have some very restrictive rules with trying on clothes etc. All in all, I'm going back when I want more. I've shopped at several Rainbow locations over the years, including San Bernardino store & the former Broadway location in downtown L.A. Although that store has since closed, all experiences were okay. This location is one of the largest Rainbow stores I've seen, with a huge selection of clearance items, shoes, accessories, & playful (budget friendly) clothing. It reminded me of the fun fashion stores from the '90s and early 2000s, like Forever 21 and Q Fashion. The staff was Ok, they were obviously focused on loss prevention, which is understandable given the area. Overall, my experience was standard and would stop by again looking for affordable, trendy styles. After reading some of the reviews, I can see where the concerns came from, but hopefully better communication between customers, store staff & management, can help resolve those issues.

I like going to drive-in I love the privacy and quietness in my vehicle. I had a mattress in the back of my truck with the tailgate propped open to lay out our goodies, and watched the movie with my girlfriend. Overall experience for her and me was awesome. We got hooked to the dual movie per screen which made the drive-in movie experience more valuable than spending your money at the movie theaters at the mall.

I had a terrible experience with Legletics. I ordered eleven pairs of warm leggings well in advance for an important international trip. Despite placing my order four weeks before my departure and paying for expedited shipping, the package didn't arrive until two weeks after I had already returned from my travels -- completely defeating the purpose of the purchase. Customer service has been equally frustrating. Email communication is the only option, and after reaching out multiple times, I received the exact same response twice, promising that an associate would follow up. Two months later, no one has ever reached out, and I'm still stuck with items I didn't get to use and no refund. This company is based in China and seems to have no real customer support or accountability. I would strongly caution anyone against ordering from Legletics. read more

I actually stopped at the store two times before I made a purchase. The first time I chose a bag and a wallet but I wanted to shop around the outlet more before I made my final purchase. Came back a few hours later and I'm not kidding I stayed for over another hour to finalize my choices. I ended up leaving with mustard/mango shoulder bag, matching wallet, and matching makeup bag. I loved that the employees were so patient with me! I did not feel rushed. They informed me of prices and encouraged me to only make a purchase if I'm completely happy. No returns or exchanges, sales are final. They checked me out and bagged everything for me, making sure I received dust bags for all my items. The employees also thanked me for hanging out and shopping at their store. It was a pleasant experience for me. I've only worn my bag for a few days and I have been getting lots of compliments about it. Furla isn't a brand that I see a whole lot of people wearing, which makes me like it more. It isn't overhyped and the prices are expensive enough to make you feel good wearing it.

I never took the plunge into getting one, simply because I have a lot of small crossbody bags and have heard that the chain of the Metropolis could be quite uncomfortable. I was on a mission to find a wallet on chain-type accessory to wear in lieu of my Chanels and after going to several higher-end stores, I decided to make a quick visit to Furla on the last leg of my outlet trip. I was immediately greeted by two very sweet sales girls and I instantly took notice of their Julia crossbodys they had on display. I was excited! Finally I found THE bag that I was looking for this entire time! Not only that, but it came in a variety of colors ranging from red, black, gold, gray, blue, yellow, etc; basically, I had my pick. ;) One of the girls told me that their Julia crossbody bags were discounted from $129 to $109, which I was doubly excited about. I immediately picked up their gray bag and told them I'd take it. But instead of ringing me up for the gray one I picked up, they were able to pull me a fresh bag from the back. Talk about great service! There were also a ton of other Julia bags that were on sale, one of which resembled the size and shape of the Mini Metropolis and another that looked similar to the Chanel Medium flap, both in size and construction. There were other larger bags and leather goods neatly displayed in other parts of the store at great prices. I would've stayed and looked around some more but I felt bad for keeping my boyfriend waiting outside, lol. A couple notes: * all sales are final so make sure you really, really want the items you want to buy * more Made in China bags here. I think the Julia is supposed to be the cheaper version of the Metropolis (which are usually made in Italy). I have also heard that the Julia is a discontinued bag made before the Metropolis...? Not sure. Anyway, I don't care about the Made in China aspect as long as I'm not paying a super high premium for the accessory and it's still well-made. * I am not well-versed in Furla, but comparing what I see on their official website to what I saw at the outlets, I don't think this outlet store carries any recent past season bags. Aka, most of the bags you'll find here either are made for the outlet or are several seasons older. If those aforementioned aspects bother you, then don't buy here. Buy directly at the boutique or department store. I don't know why this is so difficult to fathom for some people. Personally, I loved my experience here and I love my bag. I would gladly come here again!
