Kohls Credit Card is ridiculous. I have had my credit card for 3 years never missed a payment. Last month April I made a $170 payment, which was supposed to be $177. I went to Kohls yesterday 5/8/2026 and when I was ready to make my purchase, and they put a hold on my card because of the $7.00. Bought a Christmas gift card at the register for a family member. gave it to them on Christmas day. Next day the tried to upload it to there account and the money was gone. It also said the pin was bad. Called the 800 number for Kohls and they were able to track the store that it was used at. It was used in lest then 24 hours of me buying it at a different store in a different city. The response from Kohls is that i bought the gift card and it is not there responsibility to make sure that the gift card is good. Do not buy gift cards from them. read more

I saw a skirt that was $39.99 with signage saying it was on sale for $27.99. After waiting in line for over 15 minutes to purchase it, the cashier said the skirt was not on sale. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY by some Allen kid. After having to explain to Allen that he wasn't doing the Amazon returns correctly, he had the audacity be condescending towards me by asking me with an attitude, "You sound mad, what's wrong?" Trust me, it was not sincere. I simply told him that no one is mad and I'm just not used to someone rushing me and cutting me off when I'm not even finished. I always enjoy my returns because the mature knowledgeable women always make it a pleasant experience. I asked him if he was new. He said, yes it was his first time. So why do I as a customer have to train him. I had four items to return. So I should receive ONE tracking receipt at the end of scanning the 4 items. Well he ended my return after one. So he handed me the tracking and coupon for the store. When I told him I had more, he handled it, but he threw away my tracking code because it would mean I would receive 3 more 20% off coupons. When I explained to him that I need those codes to track my items Mr New Guy had the audacity to tell me I could track them online, excuse me WHAT? It's not MY first day lol! Even the girl that should have been shadowing him finally came over and corrected him. She also corrected the situation and was very sweet. Allen was rude the entire time. I am beyond dissatisfied with the service I received. I was profiled for stealing for going back for an extra push cart. I found a lot of clearance items that I wanted to try out in the fitting room. What they have: Houseware/Kitchenware, Bed/Bath, Small Home Electronics, Clothing, Cosmetics, Accessories, Jewelry, Shoes, Toys (some), and Luggage. Vera Wang, Lauren Conrad, and Daisy Fuentes have clothing and accessory lines here. And they have your generic brands as well. I have ordered online and returned merchandise in store with no hassle at all. Service has always been good. This location is clean and well kept. i enjoy the deals i can find at this store however figuring out how much something costs is a real hassle, even with those price scanners they have available throughout the store. i only shop in the "home" section though. Beware, No one buy gift cards from KOHL'S! My dad decided to buy a $50 gift card from Kohl's for my mom for Christmas. When my mom went to use the gift card at this Kohl's location they said that the gift card had already been used. (FRAUD) They referred my parents to call Khols Corporate number . Both my mom and dad called Khols corporate. They were told that Khols will not back their gift cards if used in a fraud way or help them in anyway. All they could tell them was that the gift card was used to make an online purchase the day after it was bought. Most other big corporations like Target and Macy's would help, investigate, and or eventually give them their money back! They didn't have any answers for them other then o well sorry. Had an interview here last week for the beauty advisor position , showed up early like they asked me to , ended up waiting almost an hour to be interviewed first red flag , got interviewed seemed to go well and he pretty much offered me the job and asked me if I would be looking into other jobs and I said no if you offering me this job I'm yours and like it was a done deal, said he'd call me the next day , never called , so I kept calling asking for him but surprisingly he's was never around finally talk to the assistant manager and she presumes to tell me he's not gonna follow through with hiring me like wtf ? Okay why would you pretty much offer me a job and then ignore me instead of just calling me to explain . Really unprofessional . But I kinda wasn't surprised , during the interview he even mentioned there was drama in the work place and no wonder there is the management kinda doesn't know what they're doing. In all my 8 years of working in retail and being a manager myself this was the most unprofessional interview/ hiring process I've ever encountered. First of all, there are no good deals if you do not have a Kohl's credit card. Without a Kohl's credit card you pay Max on price without any discounts whatsoever. With the Kohls card you get emails with 10 to 30% off plus, Kohls cash rewards and online percentages off as well. There's not as much to choose from in the Moreno Valley store rather then the Orange County stores, basically, because of location and income. You will find everything you're looking for in the basics though and it always seems empty, so there's really no wait at the checkout line. The air-conditioner is on, so it's nice to be out of the heat. That about sums it up. read more
