I'm on a road trip, visiting family and friends. We opted to dine at Legends on August 5, 2026. Friendly staff, plenty of parking, comfortable decor. I would describe their menu as pub comfort food. Lots of good choices and excellent prices. We were all in the mood to eat plant-based tonight so we had a round of baked potatoes and steamed vegetables. The potatoes were cooked perfectly and the steamed vegetables were just right. Cooked but still a little bit of crunch and color. Prices are excellent. read more

Local hotspot, a well kept family friendly pub with authentic ambiance. Service was friendly and welcoming with our large group. Orders were made to specifications and didn't disappoint! Although, I think they could be a bit more generous with the salt on their fries. I would stop back in for a smash burger next time I'm in town! read more

Came in around 12 as a party of 8. Should've walked out as soon as we came in, since it seemed like a sincere inconvenience for the waitress to move one table instead of a chair for a party our size with full grown adults. That part gets 0 stars for service. Their special was the country fried steak, three or our party ordered that and all had different sizes of steak with the fried batter. One person had about an inch thick steak with the batter, another had about a very small smidgen of steak, and the third had about quarter inch of steak. Even when others tried it, nobody would order that again. One person said it was one of the worst county fried steaks they've had. The bourbon bacon burger wasn't bad, but it wasn't all that great. The fried onion rings were good, but the burger itself didn't have much seasoning. Fries for all our orders were completely undercooked, some were still crunchy when we were eating them. Waitress wasn't the best, maybe decent at best. Considering we've been here before and this trip, this was the worst service we've ever received which is disappointing from a small town place. read more

We stopped by around 1:00 in the afternoon, passing through. None of our party cared for their food. The meat was tough and the vegetables were not seasoned, basically frozen veggies reheated. They ran out of iced tea during a prime lunchtime, which really was unexpected. We would have taken more tea and so my husband asked for one to be taken off of the bill. Because the refills were free, we figured that was reasonable to ask since they were out of the drink we wanted. Who we assumed was a manager came over and said she'd do it once but not ever again. So, try to picture an all you can eat buffet that runs out of food after the first plate kind of situation. It's reasonable to at least get a discount. Nice atmosphere but if you're gonna charge $15 for a over cooked hamburger patty with canned jalapeños with a piece of cheese on top of it and frozen vegetables you're going to get a one star. I personally have never been happy with the food at legends. Seems like everything is frozen for a Premium price. They have good craft beer if you want to pay the same for one beer that you would buy a six pack at the liquor store. Legends step your game up quit always going down the cheap route. I'd be happy to pay the same for a not over cooked hamburger, fresh Jalapeños and fresh steamed vegetables. Being a local I like to take pride in our dinning establishments. Very disappointing! Based on others and the server I tried the strip steak. No flavor what so ever. No seasoning. It was one of the toughest steaks I have eaten in my life. The service was prompt and the server seemed genuinely interested in helping us have a good experience. Also, the place was nicely air conditioned. The food was hot, but uninspiring. There was very little flavour in the food, besides the overabundance of sauces. It honestly tastes exactly the same as Club D'est/Uptown Cafe a few miles away. And I don't know what my mom and I ate in common, besides the pretzel appetizer and water, but we were both sick to our stomachs (and ill in other, more unpleasant ways as well) for the rest of the day. And I also understand smalls towns sometimes don't have many options on a Sunday. But this was mid afternoon (not major meal time). I had the Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich. It was pretty decent.
