Great breakfast. O. E. Eggs just right. Great bacon. Ham is thin like sandwich ham. Not my favorite. If you want thicker ham go to Woodys on Sunday morning or Ricks Tu-Sun. On request they add onion and/or peppers to the hash browns or home fries. I really like the home fries which are slices of fresh potato. Biscuits always fresh, even later morning. Wheat toast is smaller pieces. Sour dough is bigger. Plan to spend $27 for two with tip. Service very good. They keep your coffee cup full. Normally no wait to eat. Buffet is very good. They put it out early so if you want moist chicken get there by 11:00. Fridays they have fish. All fried. Used to have baked but it must cost too much nowadays. read more

I have passed by this place many times over the past several years and have wanted to try it, based on the cool retro sign alone! I am not a breakfast person, so when I finally had a chance to try the lunch buffet, I took it. What I expected: A tiny, crowded place with average food. Upon entering, I was surprised that the restaurant was much larger than I assumed. The employees and locals were all very friendly. While some of the food was average for a buffet, the majority of it that I tried was well above average. The standouts for me were the delicious fried chicken, rolls, and chicken pot pie. I appreciated having the choice of brown or cream gravy for the mashed potatoes. The salad bar was also pretty good, so I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely return! read more

Fantastic food and quick service! Five of us went there for breakfast at 1pm on a Saturday (they serve breakfast til 2pm). Definitely order the cinnamon bun....delicious and huge! Omelets, waffles, and French toast were all spectacular. Also, I cannot remember the last time I went to a restaurant where every bit of the toast was warm and fully buttered...even the corners! And the butter was fully melted! I cannot overstate how delicious the food is here. And we loved the old retro sign and decor!We will definitely go again next time we are in Pratt or Greensburg! read more

If you're driving through Pratt, be sure to stop at Servateria! So good! All the breakfast meats were especially good. The cinnamon roll was swimming in delicious icing. Pancake was fluffy. This place is a duplicate of every small town Kansas cafe I have ever visited. Liars and loafers in their regular coffee groups, "It's Never Too Late to Graduate" flyers on the bulletin board, next to the posters advertising Spanish language classes AND English classes. They do something a little strange to the scrambled eggs out there in the kitchen...grill 'em and then slice 'em, so they arrive at the table in little strips. Oh, and they salt the oatmeal. That's how I know it isn't instant! But, the eggs are hot and fresh, although the pancake didn't suck, his fried egg was runny. Sort of a toss up, but four stars because they did have oatmeal, and the service was fast! read more

Loved the old sign outside but breakfast was a bit lacking. Pancake flat and heavy textured, scrambled eggs over cooked, English muffin just right but the hash browns were dehydrated potatoes that hadn't been hydrated enough and were like pieces of cardboard.
