Noelle's Yelp Notebook 2026 Legends Pizza in Cupertino, California is owned by the same owners of their of original location in the Almaden area of San Jose. Delicious pizzas and friendly service. Parking in this shopping center can be crazy as it's in an area with very popular restaurants, dessert spots, and shopping. My favorite pizza to order is the Legend which is basically a combination pizza. We ordered it and it came out in a timely manner, fresh, hot and delicious. The only bummer about this location is they don't use the frequent buyer stamp card like their Almaden location. The pizza shop is cosy, the ambiance welcoming- great place to grab a bite solo, or with family and friends. If you're in the area and craving delicious pizzas, wings or salad be sure to stop at Legends. It's a definite family favorite. Noelle's Notes Great pizza, wings, salads. Fantastic customer service. They take Apple Pay. Parking can be difficult- busy shopping center.

I originally had a frustrating experience with an order from the Cupertino Legends Pizza location. I ordered pizza and 5 sodas directly through their website (not Uber), and the order total was about $110 including tip. The receipt clearly showed the sodas, but when the pizza was delivered--by an Uber driver--the drinks were missing. When I called the Cupertino store, the employee told me to call Uber even though I explained the order was placed through their website. The call ended abruptly, and when I called back I still wasn't able to get help. I asked about a refund or having the sodas delivered, but was told no. I also asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one available. At the time, it felt like the issue wasn't being taken seriously. However, the situation was later resolved. The owner contacted us the next day to personally apologize for the experience and offered a refund for the missing items. I really appreciated the follow-up and the effort to make things right. Mistakes can happen with orders, but the owner taking the time to reach out and resolve the issue meant a lot. Because of that, I'm updating this review to reflect the improved customer service after the fact.

Cute sports bar setup, but most folk do a grab & go so it wasn't busy when we dropped by. Certainly not a bad pizza by any means and solid for the price. It's not the best I've ever had, but a pretty good combination of toppings, while being lighter on the sauce with a pretty airy/crispy crust. They sure don't skimp on toppings though! To a slight detriment actually, as some of them weren't really fully cooked through. Things like the mushroom and onions definitely needed longer as they were practically raw in most places. Sticking with the meaty basics and going for a thin crust is a good way to go. Can do half and half on demand for no extra charge.

Great family friendly pizza place. It smells amazing as soon as you walk in. Service is incredible, such nice folks! Ordered: Large pizza 1/2 cheese 1/2 garlic w marinara substitute sauce Super flexible on my order and treated my kids so well! coming back

Medium Legend Medium Chipotle Chicken

The service was nice and fast. The ambiance was ok for the most part, considering it has been there since i was in high school. The food was ok, we got the legend pizza and the chipotle chicken. The legends seemed like their version of the supreme and that was ok tasting. There was too much on top to taste the sauce or the cheese. The cuts into the pizza was so much that each slice looks an inch thick. The chipotle chicken was different to others i tasted. It didn't have the chipotle flavor or sauce that others have. Instead, i think it was supposed to be the flavor of the chicken and peppers they use. It was ok but i think woodstock does a better version of the chipotle.

Huge fan of their lunch special. It's affordable and delicious. I'm always treated great when I go.

Pepperoni, mushroom and sausage on a thick crust
Eva L.

Ordered thick crust half pepperoni and mushrooms and half pepperoni, mushrooms and sausage. It came with 8 slices. I think it's good for 2 very hungry pizza loving people or 3 normal hungry people. They were not stingy on toppings. The crust was best eaten right away as it got kinda hard pretty fast as it started to cool down. The sauce was good and on the sweeter side than sour, which I preferred. The toppings were also good especially the chunks of sausage. Was not too spicy so it gave the pizza another layer of flavor vs overpowering the other ingredients. Got it to go and was ready at time of pick up.

Ordered Togo love the crust, crispy yet bready but not too bready. The toppings are awesome to satisfy pizza craving.

Mushroom lover pizza small $30. After tip. Very salty. Awful pizza. Avoid. Dry, borderline burned crust.
Doug C.

Low product quality yet same price as higher quality pizza providers. Not competitive with products available from newer pizza providers, Pazzo, Homage, Laura, State of Mind Slice house. Looks like a pizza provider for high school kids and takeout for families short on time to make dinner. Cheeseboard, Arizmendi offer a large pizza ~25$ which is superior to the small here. Much higher quality ingredients. Worker owned and less selection at the expense of higher volume and lower price. 10x better than a whole costco pizza but bo locations in South Bay or peninsula yet. Mushroom lover pizza extremely salty. Borderline inedible. Couldn't finish it. Not worth taking home. Consistent with other reviews. Once the pizza cools the crust becomes harder and drier because it is so thin. Also consistent with other reviews; the taste of burned crust once dry. Each bite was heavy salt sensation. Old restaurant trick to drive sales of higher priced drinks. Not sure if it is the low grade mozzarella cheeese or they sprinkle salt on the pizza. Consistent with other reviews. Product quality isn't there for price point. Higher end pizza providers include Pizzaeria Laura in Berkeley or Pizza Neapolitan in Mtn View or Antica/Homage in SJ. They have a following based on their quality of ingredients and technique. Overpriced by 2x thin crust small pizza. Once it cools like eating salty cardboard. 2pm on TG weekend waiting for car to charge. Wanted hot food vs Marukai bento whih was 1/2 the cost; ~15$ vs. $30 pizza. Only one in restaurant. Made mistake coming here. 30$ for small pizza. Overpriced. Go to state of mind slice house PA and get 2 slices for half the cost. Much better pizza and higher volume of customers so slices are rotated quickly. Looks like business focused on serving high school kids from Homestead HS. Different environment for home pizza making post covid. Specialized outdoor pizza ovens with temps between 500-1k and low moisture cheese Moz cheese from Costco yields better pizza than available here. This style of low quality pizza restaurant is obsolete.

6. The Babe (Large)

Delivery 6. The Babe (large) so good! Pizza was HOT! Great crust, ratio of sauce and just a great combination of toppings! Also got half/half Hawaiian and pepperoni which was just as good! Service is great as they have always got our order correct. The most important is the quality of their food is consistent EVERYTIME!

They have an amazing Korean bbq pizza. The location is in a busy plaza so sometimes it's hard to get parking, but it's worth it.

To be honest, when I opened the menu, I thought the price was a bit on the high side, and didn't expect to like it in the "worth it" scale. But hey, for a higher price, they better deliver on the food quality! It most certainly disappoint. The food was amazing. Got the Linguini Fruti Di Mare, the seafood was good quality, the cioppino sauce was intense. It truly is the boss of the sauce. Also ordered the Chicken Marsala, I'm always cautious before ordering because the marsala wine can easily become overwhelming, or the sauce is too sour, or the chicken is tough and dry. I did not hit any of those, but rather, what I got was a few silky smooth and tender pieces of flattened chicken breasts, that is moist and flavorful. The sauce is great too, not to mention the mushroom, that is so fresh and flavorful on its own. Last but not least, their attention to detail went all the way to mashed potato and steamed vegetables. It was truly one of the best. Did I mention the free, fresh baked foccacia? It's among the top 3 I've had in any restaurants, ever. At the end, even it pinches my wallet a bit, it was well worth it. Come hungry, leave happy!

Now I get why Sorelle has such a high score, and I'm happy that we finally gave it a try…read more It's situated in a small strip mall, parking is ok as we came at around 6:30pm on a week day night, there were still some spots available. Sorelle is a small restaurant, upon entering, it has a square room and you get to see everything at one glance. It's not fancy on decorations, more like a neighborly place and the customers look like so too, families and large groups on a random day, you don't need to dress up to eat in this place. The 2 page menu has appetizers, salad, pizza, pasta, and 3 entree dishes. Desserts are printed on a separate sheet, there are a variety of choices but a tad too expensive for my wallet. We ordered the Ravioli a la Teresa with cheese and pesto cream sauce, and their signature Sorelle Short Rib Bolognese. After ordering, we were given free bread for the table. The bread had herbs on top and the dipping sauce is olive oil with fried and then mashed soft garlic. The bread looked nothing special, but once I touched it, I was delighted to find out that they were warm and crusty on the outside but soft on the inside. It took a bit of wait for our food to came, I think it meant they were freshly cooked. The portions were big. Once laying down our food, the lady came with a big bowl of cheese and helped us sprinkle on top. It looks amazing with the cheese on top, like snow flakes melting on. I am so impressed with my short rib bolognese. The piece of short rib was sumptuous, a whole piece, resting on top of the pasta that is covered in meat sauce. The meat itself was so soft that it was super easy to tear off and just melts in my mouth. Flavorful and soft and juicy, super yummy! The pasta is cooked el dente, and each bite there's a bit of ground meat coated on the ziti pasta from the bolognese sauce. Very satisfying! I had a bite of the ravioli and these huge dumplings are covered in fresh pesto sauce and very cheesy inside. Although I was a bit confused on the difference between a pesto sauce and a pesto cream. I felt like the sauce was more pesto but we ordered pesto cream. Anyhow, it tasted good but I prefer my short rib bolognese more. Bus boy service is fast and responsive. We had a very enjoyable meal.

I like Blue Line's deep dish! I know they do other things, but that's what I come for. And IMO,…read moreit's (1) cheaper (2) healthier than people give it credit for. Is it healthy or cheap? No. What I mean is, if you break down their pizza (as I did in one pic below bc I have a cold, so I got mine to go), it's a cornmeal crust with a bunch of toppings and cheese, topped by a thick layer of tomato-based sauce. The crust is not super thin, but neither is it super thick and bready. It basically forms a shell around the toppings and sauce. The toppings can be healthy depending on what you choose. This time, I got 1/2 brass monkey 1/2 free bird. Brass monkey has a lot of sausage and ricotta, so not a healthy choice. Free bird has a really great amount of chicken! ... and some bacon, but I chose it. You could easily get a delicious veggie and chicken pizza, and it'd be better nutritionally. There's a good amount of cheese, but it's not overwhelming or super greasy. If you want in-your-face cheese, add more for another dollar or two. I like if the way it is. The tomato sauce is thick and surprisingly tangy. That reassures me it's not loaded down with sugar. Basically, is this super healthy? No -- in terms of my eating out/takeout, that would be a sashimi salad, or salmon with lightly steamed vegetables and a bit of sweet potato or quinoa. But it's decent for a Friday night out (or in) when you're not really trying to be healthy, but also not making a point of doing the opposite. As for price -- this is March 2026, and the large half-and-half composed of 2 of their priciest options was $39.14 after tax before tip. Now, that seems a bit high for one pizza. But I didn't eat all day, and 2 slices (out of 8) filled me right up. 3 slices would have left me too full, but probably still thinking "worth it!" 4 slices would make me super uncomfortably regretting-my-life-choices overfull. Sure, you can get cheaper pizza/takeout. But this is good stuff, like pasta toppings on a good cornmeal crust. If you ordered 2 solid pastas for under $40, you'd think that was a good deal! Well, this is 3-4 adult's worth of good pizza for under $40. Also, I used to cook and bake a lot more than I do now, and there's a lot of work and ingredient here, more than I'd commit to at twice the price. It would start making sense for me to mix up the crust and buy good cheese and meat and tins of San Marzanos if I needed 4 pizzas, i.e. to feed 15-20 people (with finger foods, salad, sides, dessert). Otherwise I'd just order here. Oh! I can't remember the last time I got takeout here. So they now have a shiny red takeout cabinet to the left as you walk in, and you just put in the last 4 digits of your phone # and your locker pops open! I would have liked not to be sick and to eat in, but the cabinet was pretty cute. :)
