Just came into look at the newest winter wear styles and I liked the selection! There's Pro Club basics and of course OBEY . Stocked with a good size sale rack for ultra reasonable prices! Past season shoes on sale for 20 ! And the dudes behind the counter were so great kind and helpful this is a wonderful shop . They are on it ! All the classics and some new ones too! funnn ! They only stay in business because of hype Nike SB drops that they back door to BRICKLA down the street. FYI back door is when the store promotes a limited SKATEBOARDING SNEAKER and advertises a raffle launch. But instead of selecting random winners they sell many pairs to a reseller or sneaker boutique several hundred dollars over retail. Out of 30 or so raffles they advertise on instagram I've never known any real person that gets chosen. Hopefully Nike cancels their account for back door sales. NOFOMO don't shop here again. Don't listen to Randy he will try and sell you stickers for more raffle tickets, it's all cap!. The young fellow with red hair much more helpful. Lots of Dodger merchandise in store and Carhart merchandise Vans and skateboards and decks parking is limited. You can try stuff on and they have lots of snap backs. Support local businesses in Whittier but their raffles are a SCAM!!!! read more

I went into this store to see their selection of shoes. I was amazed to find a great selection of everyday wear shoes to Nike SB. They had a sale going on which was great for great prices on their Carhartt items. For the skaters, a wall full of different skateboards to choose from. They have graphic tees. I bought a Kobe one which is FIREEEEE! In terms of customer service, the sales associate greeted me and asked if I needed anything right away. When I checked out, the cashier told me about a raffle they were doing for some Nike SBs which was great to know a local skateshop offers great items! Can't wait to visit again! read more

Disappointing is an understatement. I brought my three little kids over because my five-year-old was really excited to get a new skateboard. yelp said they were open till eight so I assumed I had plenty of time but it turns out that their hours during Covid are closing at seven. I arrived a few minutes before seven but the door was already locked we knocked on the door and the guy told me that he had somewhere important to be and even though I was there before they're closing hours he wouldn't let us purchase a skateboard. So I drove all the way over there just to disappoint my son. read more

The same obey propaganda jacket I bought here was at urban outfitters for $50 bucks more! Get obey, nikes, levis, and all the flyyy ass shit here for far less than any other boutique! This place literally has it all and you will not find better prices anywhere! If they don't have your size they will order it for you and itll be there in no time! Really wish I could give this place a good review. I've been coming here for 3 years now getting shoes and other stuff and I've been pretty happy with the customer service and merchandise. However, I just recently bought a pair of vans, and while in the store was a bit hesitant to how they were fitting, so I asked the employee (Anthony) how they fit. He proceeded to tell me that they don't do size charts (the foot measure thing) because "all shoes are different". I thought that was a bit odd but figured it was fine. So, without checking the fit of the shoe, even though I asked him to, he just said "they're fine". I asked him if they didn't fit could I return them, to which he said yes, as long as it was within 2 weeks. So, surprise surprise, they didn't fit and after one time wearing them out, I figured I needed to bring em in for an exchange. So, I brought them back. However, the same guy who had "fitted" my shoe was in, and inspected my shoes, and then told me they could take them back. After one wear they were not able to be exchanged because they "don't sell old gear". Anthony, the manager, didn't properly size, or help out at all. And when I came back to return them, he was incredibly rude to me, saying it wasn't him who made the shoes dirty. I'm really bummed, but I'm NEVER coming back here, the customer service is trash and the return policy is a scam. I recommend you take your business to another skateshop, preferably where they help customers. read more

as a fan of the hundreds i love my tshirts and legends seem to be the one with the best ones. Unfortunately that was not my case. Customers gave me attitude and were very rude. Talked to there friends and not doing there job. The Reason I'm giving this place such a bad rating is because i picked up a shirt and went home and when I went to put it on I noticed a big hole in the armpit area so I went back and mind you I had just bought this shirt 20 mins before trying to return it. They told me "since you took it home we don't have proof that we did that or that it was like that before" never in my life have i heard anything more idiotic and not reasonable. poor customer service and poor quality on the items they have. yes im in the wrong for not seeing the hole earlier but still there should've been some way to resolve the situation. I'm very disappointed, and will tell my friends and family about the poor experience i had there. Don't go to this place. read more

After spending hundreds of dollars at this shop, my son bought a shirt that had a hole in it and he tried to exchange it. He had his original receipt and the tag but my poor 12 year old boy was told that they would have to contact the manufacturer to see if they would exchange it. They clearly tried to take advantage of a little boy who didn't know any better. When I went back to speak to the owner he proceeded to tell me that my son probably ripped it and was trying to tell me that he could not exchange it. He was rude and disrespectful. What poor customer service. I will never buy a single thing at this store ever again. I don't recommend anyone buy anything from this guy. He made us feel like criminals even though we followed all the return policy rules on his receipt. The worst exchange policy I have ever experienced!!!! Excellent skate shop catering to everything I needed. Brought my son in and Richard was so helpful to help us out from hardware to what deck he would most likely like off my list. Got an Almost board and got it hooked up with Indy trucks, spitfire wheels, & bones bearings. He went above and beyond with customer service. Everyone here was very informative and I will be returning back. Prices are very good and I was really impressed with their selections. Got a customer for life! read more

Shoppers beware of the lousy customer service and unprofessional attitude from the manager Richard. I went in looking for a pair of shoes for my 14 year old son. As i walked in to the store i didn't even get a hello or friendly smile from the manager who was at the register texting. I walked towards the back and i asked a young guy for help and he was actually really nice and helpful. They didn't have my son's size so we decided to browse the clothing. When i was ready to pay I walked up to the counter and another young guy helped me. He was also very nice and even suggested some items. I paid with my ATM and for some reason the transaction was taking forever, I asked him if everything was OK and he says, " I'm sorry the manager is on the phone so the line is tied up and the transaction cant go thru until he hangs up". He excused himself and walked to the back of the store into the back room to ask his manager to hang up the phone. He walks back and apologizes again and tries a second time. He was still on the phone like are you kidding me? after 10 minutes of waiting i walked over to the back myself and knocked loudly asking for him by name. He comes out with a cell phone in his hand and the business phone in his hand. Doesn't even apologize for the delay or anything. WTF is wrong with this guy I feel bad for his employees, i can only imagine how he treats them. The owner really needs to re evaluate his manager. The teenagers who were working had better customer skills than the jerk manager. I deff will not be returning with such lousy customer service. read more

Good shop, got a new blank with trucks and stuff, they put it all together nicely and the prices are good. They also have a wide variety of parts. Best skate shop in Whittier hands down!! No other store can even compare with the variety of quality brands they carry! They have hard goods for days and only skate shop in area to carry skate shoes and kicks! Yeah yeah yeah they say Nike SB is too corporate and isn't skater owned but tell me they don't throw sick events and competitions which also promotes skateboarding. I understand some people want to keep skating like a cult vibe but I'd rather push it to a new level... And get kids and adults alike to get into skateboarding or even drop in at the park! They have soooo many thrasher tees and jackets. My go to spot!! Other stores just talk trash because they don't have the good variety to even compare. They say this place isn't a "real" skate shop LOL! Check out their board wall and you tell me..... Sooooo many boards to choose from... And they even have magenta & polar...
