Did you think I wouldn't notice what a mess you made of it? I was actually speechless when she turned that chair around. But I was a good sport about. I told her I didn't like it but she could just stop. I paid for it and even gave her a tip. But please know I'll never come back. Just be honest and pass up on that one haircut. It's better to not have made that $35 than to get it and a bad review.

Owner was very welcoming when we walked in the door! There are appointments as well as walk ins which was about a 20 minute wait which was helpful as we were looking for cuts at the last minute. The lady who cut both my son's and my hair was nice and took her time where other places will rush thier cuts and the haircuts looked great afterwards. Thier prices are fair and comparable with other barber shops but something to keep in mind is that they charge $5 extra for a hard part for adults and kids and charge a credit card fee which is something that I typically haven't had to pay for in the past and took me for a surprise in my total bill. I'm sure that other barbershops do this but none that I have been to which is why I was surprised by these charges.

The barber (Omar) apologized. I showed him a picture of what I wanted for my son's haircut (11yrs.) and informed him that we have picture day on Monday. I am not sure if I did not use the correct terminology (low cut fade), however that is not what we received. I was not pleased with the haircut. I paid him, tipped then left. School photos were scheduled for the following Monday. Maybe another barber would have been best. He did not trim anything off the top or shape the hair just a simple line up for $40.00. My son's hair grows fast so I will need to revisit another barber during the week to for a proper cut. I am a mom and know what looks good and by providing a photo, I assumed it would look just like shown. Perhaps he could have made a recommendation to go lower on the sides or take some of the bulk off. My son has curly hair. Everyone else receiving service came out looking great. Just our luck, I guess. The owner perhaps can turn this into a teachable moment for his barber on consultation and suggestions. I should have read the reviews prior to coming. Hope this helps someone else; comments truly provide pause for thought.
